Wind down and embrace the quiet and comfort of Beachside Condo 21. This 3rd floor Gulf-side condo has been beautifully updated everywhere you look. However, you might be distracted by the stunning western side views of the Gulf waters!

Greeted by the Gulf, Beachside Condo 21 features an open concept layout that makes a family vacation easy. Head out on the balcony for some saltwater breezes. Beach access is on site - so you'll be swimming in the Gulf in just a few minutes. This unit can sleep up to 6 guests with a sleeper sofa, hallway bunks plus a king bedroom (with large TV!). The shared hallway bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. And for your convenience this unit includes a washer/dryer.

Beachside Condos:
Beachside Condominiums is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This 3-story complex features a community pool and private beach access. You'll be in the perfect location - right off scenic Highway 30A in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

Your stay at Beachside Condo 21 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Perfect Family Vacation

Our family had the absolute best time at the Beachside Condo! Everything was great and as advertised. Very clean and decorated nicely. Checkin was very simple, communication was easy and timely. They checked in with us and even offered to make any kind of food or activity recommendations. The balcony had the perfect view. It was a really quiet place. The beach was just a hop and a skip away. There were showers by the access to rinse off before returning to the condo. Parking was easy. Would definitely recommend staying and would stay again with my family.

View from the balcony is awesome and is not facing directly into the wind so you can even enjoy it during the occasional rain storm. Only issue (which is minor at the beach) was that the internet did not work.

We greatly appreciated this. The unit was immaculately cleaned, which we also appreciate. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bedding was clean and lovely. We had plenty of clean bath towels. Note to self, remember to bring beach towels and beach chairs on next trip.

I'd reserve this place again in a heartbeat!The drain was a little slow on the shower, and the AC on the patio stinks sometimes when you are out there relaxing. Beachside Rental

The condo was what we expected for the most part. The overhead light in the bedroom did not work and the wall light above the dresser was connected to the ceiling fan so in order to kea e the fan on while sleeping we had to take the lightbulb out of the wall light. The microwave did not work.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at the beachside condo. The place was clean and was in a great location. The only complaints we had were: 1. The dryer was old and extremely slow— it must have taken at least 3 different tries to dry 4 towels. 2. The pull-out couch had the most uncomfortable plastic mattress on it— no one slept on it because of how obnoxiously loud it was to sit and lay on. 3. There was no WiFi. We tried resetting the router and had no luck. There wasn’t even an available network to try and connect to. Other than that, communication with our property manager and check-in were both easy and efficient, the view was great, and the condo was perfect for a group who is looking for easy access to the beach and a location close enough for walks to the seaside square!

Had a rough start

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the door wouldn’t open with our code. I called the 1-800 number and the representative was extremely rude and told us it was too early. It was about 3 minutes before check in time. At check in time, our code still wouldn’t work and we called back. I got the same representative, Tiffany who was rude again. She told us we were at the wrong condo, weren’t using the door code correctly, etc. She finally listened and realized we were at the correct condo and changed our pin. It was not a good experience at all.

Very Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was outdated and run down. The furniture was falling apart. The floors were not clean upon arrival. The beach had been washed away and the pool was closed the last two days we were there. There was one roll of toilet paper in the entire unit. The pictures are extremely misleading even to the point that a white sheet was used to cover the old brown comforter to make it look new. We will never stay here again and never rent from Benchmark Management or Garrett Realty again.

great lil place, great time of year to go!!

We only had two problems with our condo, 1st the dryer was broken and we decided we would rather not fool with dealing with having a repairman and having it fixed bc we were on vacation. Benchmark was ready to send someone asap to fix but we didnt want to during our stay. secondly unit 21 where we stayed the master bed is a remote controlled bed to raise and lower feet and the feet and thg head were both raised when we got there but no remote to be found. We called Benchmark and they wanted to send someone to look for remote but we had searched the place and again did not want to wait or have someone come into place while we were away. We just dealt with the up bed lol and knew there was nothing they could do seeing it was the only bed in the unit. Apart from these two problems we would def stay here again just will make sure all is in working order of course.

Dont stay here if you want a good experience

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My vacation rental experience was awful. I will personally never stay with benchmark ever again. We come to 30a 5-10 times a year and this was the worst experience. To start the trip the bunk beds did not have protectors on the mattresses which is just gross. Then on day one the dryer stopped working. 2 days later they said it had been repaired. I washed another load of clothes and the dryer still did not work. They did not seem to care that the dryer was broken and we didnt have enough clothes because we were told there was a WORKING washer and dryer. I expect better when coming to 30A. They ended up giving a less than 10% refund which is nothing compared to the inconvenience they caused me on this trip.

Just needs a deep cleaning, painting and some updates in the kitchen and bathroom as well as new flooring throughout. Balcony in bad shape also. Beautiful view though!

Front door had lock issues.Nice location, but not impressed with this unit.

Awful apartment, great location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I never ever write reviews, but really had to this time.. Location is hard to beat, let's admit that. That was also the only good thing with Beachside Condo 21. We arrived to a very poorly cleaned apartment. Sticky surfaces all over, still sand on the floor and even on top of shelves etc all over the apartment from previous guests. Balcony door hardly opens at all. Wifi is as far from "high speed internet" you can come as it's almost completely non-existing. Master bed room carpet is so gross and miss-coloured it will make you want to throw up. The bed is very cheap and uncomfortable, and so squeaky that each time someone turns around in their sleep you will both wake up. Toilet seat is so ridiculously small it seems it was made for kids. I could hardly fit at all, and I'm not even big. Not built for grown men. The power outlets in the apartment is a mystery. Some of them work, some do not, some has a separate random switch somewhere for them to work.. Dishwasher broke and leaked all over the kitchen floor one day.. Some of the lights didn't work when we got there.. stairs outside the apartment are completely rotten so watch out for splinters or screws/nails pointing up. I could go on.. BUT, if none of this is an issue for you, I could definitely recommend the location haha. Let's just say the apartment needs a total renovation. Ok, I'm done now. Enjoy the beach!

Reviewer Comments: The location of the Condo is excellent, however the Condo itself needs work. First, I had to work while my wife was on vacation and the internet was super slow .75 mbps had to use my hotspot to be able to work. The condo needs upgrading, the refrigerator was rusted on the outside, the lighting in the kitchen is bad, no light in the dinning room area. We were there for 8 days and they only supplied 1 roll of toilet paper and kitchen paper towels. The tub had a hair in it, so cleaning needs attention. We found clothes from, guessing, previous renter in the dresser in the bedroom. The bathroom needs updating as well as the entire unit. AC works great! But the view and location makes up for some of the downfall, except the internet unless you do not need to watch movies, work, anything with internet.

The only issues we ran into were with the door, it didn’t always lock when we left & we’d have to stand and fight with the keypad before it would actually lock. Also the steps going into the residence were in need of some serious TLC. None of those issues would stop me from recommending the condo to others though.
