Our Luxurious KC House is a furnished three-bedroom home on three floors situated in the quaint town of Dungannon of Northern Ireland. The home offers full amenities, 3 bathrooms, and a peaceful space for relaxing and taking in the local sights. Luxurious KC House is suitable for families or business travelers, up to five people, at an affordable price for a few days or several weeks.
The ground floor of the house includes an office and reception area where visitors are welcomed and given a tour on their first day. This floor also offers a laundry/utility room complete with a washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing supplies. The second floor includes an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen with all new appliances, and a separate dining room and furnished living room set off with french doors for added privacy. The third floor includes three cozy bedrooms, a small office area, and a family bathroom supplied with all of the essentials.

In the town centre of Dungannon and nearby, guests will find rich history, award-winning floral attractions, and several miles of beautiful lakefront walking paths. It is a fine escape from everyday stresses and includes all the comforts of home. Casual and fine dining, historical landmarks, and pristine Irish countryside are all nearby, and Luxurious KC House is located only 80 miles from Dublin and 24.9 miles from Belfast International Airport. This property was advertised as a luxury property, but it was anything but. There was mold around the tub, the cabinets were two different colors, the paint was peeling off the walls in spots, the pillows were lumpy. We had to buy paper towels and cleaning supplies. There was little to no soap in the bathrooms, and there were only 3 towels in the entire unit. Trash and mops were left in the back entry room. The outside area was messy and overgrown with weeds.

Perfect location and great house.

This was perfect location for us as we were visiting family in Dungannon and surrounding area. Chris was also helpful pointing out points of interests we didn’t know about. Will definitely be using him again when we come back.

Following the Giant's footsteps

Well equipped and comfortable cottage in the heart of the town. A base for exploring the Giants Causeway and the Coastal Road, great holiday activities. Very pretty countryside with flower displays in all the small villages.

The house was everything we expected and more!... Great location for food, shopping, and just walking around and seeing all that Dungannon has to offer. Only about a 40 min drive from Belfast, so its not far from the Titanic museum and the Carrickfergus Castle which are both must sees if you're traveling to Northern Ireland!

This place is beautiful and has all the comforts of home.

We stayed for 5 nights. We chose the place based on its central location and not for Dungannon. If that is what you are looking for this is the place for you. The place is really nice and incredibly clean. Chris was excellent to work with and I would work with him again. For those not familiar with living in a city this town can be a bit intimidating. Doesn't have the feel of a small Irish town. We didn't spend any time in the town. Left in the morning and drove to the places we wanted to see and got back near the end of the day. Can't express how nice this house is. We loved it.
