IDEAL LOCATION!

Now comes with complimentary two seater golf cart. Please note that we try to maintain the cart as best we can, but access is not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown. During high season there can be a waiting period to get maintenance. I subscribe to a service that will take you home and tow the cart in the event of a breakdown.

Two bedroom two bath patio villa just 1.6 miles from Spanish Springs Town Square, and 1.3 miles from Lake Sumter Town square, where live entertainment rocks 365 days of the year! If golf is your passion, The Villages is the largest golf facility in the world, with 12 Championship and 38 executive courses. There are 20 family pools and smaller pools available to all residents. Visitors can purchase a $50 pass directly from the Villages that gives access to all amenities for two people during your stay. Shopping is great within the Villages and nearby. Shuttle service is available from Orlando airport to the Villages.

This is a single family home equipped with everything you need. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and queen sized Murphy bed in the second bedroom which is very comfortable. Built in desk and file cabinet is perfect for remote workers. High speed WiFi and cable television. TV in master bedroom and living room.

Small dogs under 30 pounds accepted for additional $100 fee. Sorry, no other type pets are permitted.

January, February, and March are high season and minimum rental periods are one month. Minimum for January is 1-30, February is 1-28, and March is 1-30.

10% discount for monthly rental except for December, January, February and March.

Check in is 4 p.m. and checkout is 10 a.m.

Wonderful stay in the Villages!!

Our first time at the Villages and it was made enjoyable due to our stay in Mary's villa. Anything you could need was provided including a golf cart.

Excellent Vacation

We had a great stay over Easter break to visit relatives locally. The house was clean with all of the necessary amenities. The golf cart was an added bonus for quick trips. We would definitely book again in the future. Mary was great to deal with and extremely responsive.

Fantastic location!

The Host met us at the house and explained everything we needed to know. She was very helpful. This location is almost halfway between the Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter town squares. Both are very easy to get to, especially with the available golf cart. We would like to come back here in the future.

Wonderful extended stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. It was our first time at The Villages and our choice could not have been better. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was wonderful. Really enjoyed walking and golf carting around the neighborhood. Mary was wonderful throughout. Very responsive and communicative. Hope to stay here again sometime. Inviting accommodations

The villa is perfectly situated between Spanish Springs Square and Sumter Landing. The downside, at that location, getting to squares is not really walkable. We drove our car and it worked out well. My husband drove the golf car sometimes too.

Perfect location to experience The Villages

Right in-between Spanish Springs and Sumter Square this condo was ideal location for us to explore and experience the area. Great kitchen, well equipped. Murphy bed is very comfortable. We had one dog, worked out great for pup. Mary is very attentive, responds to texts quickly.
