- Logis Saint Eutrope -
Large charming studio of 33 m², plus a mezzanine of 9m², in an old house. Very bright, it is close to St Eutrope basilica and the Roman amphitheater and 10 minutes walk from the city center. With its private garage and entrance, you will be completely independent. A garden is at your disposal 50 m from the studio with garden furniture. Whether to go to the beach, just 25 minutes, or to visit Saintes and the region, you will be ideally placed.
Located in an old quarter, in a quiet street, this studio surprises by its volumes and by its luminosity. The washing machine is in its space provided in the garage so as not to take up space in the living area.
All shops are easily accessible.
WIFI access is free.
Completely renovated, it feels good and we want to return.
Access to the garden which is 50m away is free and part of it is entirely reserved for travelers.
Bed linen and towels are provided for one bed, but there is an additional charge of € 15 if the second bed is desired.
