Great villa

Wonderful holiday

We stayed here for 2 weeks at the beginning of July and had a wonderful time. The villa is lovely, spacious and clean and the pool is fantastic. The weather certainly made the holiday great too! Fergus (the owner) was in regular contact with us in the run up to our stay and was always quick to answer any questions we may have. Sally and Rachel, the cleaner and property managers were also so helpful during our stay and were at the end of the phone and quick to sort anything out for us. I really would recommend this villa for a relaxing holiday.

tout est clean , le repos est au top dans cette belle villa , la piscine est top , le calme de l'habitation ,et l'emplacement. Prévoir une voiture car pour avoir le plaisir d'etre au calme, il faut un peu s'eloigner (mais pas trop) de la ville festive. Je recommande ++ Merci Fergus

Family Trip

Villa in a quiet urbanisation, walking distance to bars, restaurants & shops. Listing says for 8, however, feel it would be a bit cramped for 8 adults. We were a family of 6 adults & a 5 month old & we found the villa just big enough for us. Lovely private outside space, which is what we were looking for, with pool, sunbeds, chairs, sofas, table tennis & 2 eating areas. A little disappointed that not all outside lighting was working during our visit, but were told this at check in. Also, the shower over the bath in the upstairs bathroom was not fitted high enough on the wall, which made it uncomfortable, & the shower tray in the downstairs bathroom had a crack in it, so dipped (also told about this at check in). Having said all this, we had a lovely stay & enjoyed the outside space where we spent all our time when at the villa.

Härlig villa!

Vi var 8 personer ifrån 2 olika familjer som hyrde detta hus. Vi gillade verkligen huset och framförallt poolen och de olika sittgrupperna. Vi saknade lite fler krokar på toaletterna, hållare till toalettpappret och något rum upplevelses som något trångt men i övrigt var det ett superbra hus. Vi hade missat att huset inte hade någon diskmaskin men det löste sig då vi alla turades om. Huset ligger på gångavstånd till ett centrum med restauranger, någon riktig bra kvalitet! Tyvärr var vägen lite läskig då det inte fanns någon trottoar eller belysning men det är bara en kort bit bort. Finns många härliga stränder inom 15 minuters bilfärd.

Superb Villa

Stayed in Campoamor Villa in Aug 2019, the villa was fully equipped with everything we needed and the outside space was phenomenal. We hired a car but there were plenty of really good restaurants within walking distance and shops just a few minutes away in the car. We had a fabulous time and will certainly be returning in the future. Thanks again

Beautiful villa

Just home from a 10 day stay in this fabulous villa, Fergus was just amazing from start to finish and was always on the other end of the phone if needed, the villa is just amazing and the pool was fantastic! There is just a couple of negatives which was the electric tripped everytime we tried to cook, we managed but it did become frustrating, the key to get into the property was also difficult, you would have to wiggle it and on one occasion it took a good 20 minutes to get in which when you're tired and hot wasn't great, unfortunately when I contacted the managment they wasn't too helpful about it. Fergus you have been amazing and apart from those couple of things we have had an absolutely amazing time! I hope you will let us return in the future:)

Lively villa

Had a fantastic week in a lovely villa Fergus is a total gent and great communication when we had a bad start to holiday being let down by transfer company he was on hand to guide us to help. The villa is lovely has everything you need for a relaxing week in sun. Is a little far from the activities so spent a fair bit on taxi so if your interested to going places maybe hire a car. But found a few nice bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Magnificent!

Villa was excellent with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Pool was the highlight especially for the children who spent most of their time in it! Villa was clean and well equipped with plenty of room for 7 people. Table tennis was also an added bonus and kept everyone entertained! Car highly recommended for accessing supermarkets etc. As we had been to the area before it wasn't too much of an issue for us, but would be helpful to have more information in the folders of local markets, beaches etc. Meet and greet was great considering our late arrival and delays!

Wow, this is truly an amazing villa with everything you could possibly need for a sushine holiday.

A 5 star rating isn’t enough to reflect how wonderful this villa is. The pictures as beautiful as they are do not fully reflect the luxury and space this villas offers both inside and out. Everything is in immaculate condition from the pool area to the living facilities. The outdoor area is such a huge bonus as it allows you to sit outside whilst also taking a break from the sun. To be honest there is little I can offer in regards improvements as this is the best villa myself and my family have stayed in over the past 25 years coming to Spain. Thank you Fergus for allowing us to stay in your wonderful villa, we look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Fergus you have a fab villa which was perfect for my stay outside area and layout of house 5stars

I was charged for cleaning for my week unfortunately the cleanliness of the rooms,bed linen and towels were poor and let the whole villa down. duvets were stained and smelly (unusable) throws provided in drawers were disgusting and we were given one towel each ( pile of similar towels lying over rear fence in garden) ?? This villa was fab but cleaning detail sadly let it down. Rained on occasion hence floors got wet and dirty no cleaning products at all left to allow us to clean up. 3 beach towels left for villa for 8 people???? Fergus your villa gave us a great holiday but your cleaning regime requires to be changed they are doing the minimum for you. The outside furniture was great but the tables were badly in need of a clean my wife and I should not have to clean everything before use while on a well deserved holiday

Spacious property close to amenities

Overall this property was an excellent getaway apart from a few small issues that would have made it 5*. Firstly, the property manager left my aunt waiting around outside the property in the sweltering heat for an hour before getting someone to drop keys in. Not ideal, but fine once rectified, and the mood soon changed when we seen the beautiful villa. The property is very spacious, and the outside areas and pool are beautiful. The villa has everything needed for your stay and the owner replied to all communication before the visit very quickly. The villa is only a short taxi ride away from an Aldi, large supermarket and plaza with restaurants and shops. There are also two folders in the villa with excellent information of the surrounding area. Pool was cleaned once during our stay, which was great, however it was not done until 10am and then it was to stay empty for an hour afterwards. This could prove a pain for families with children when its very hot! Few small negatives for our stay: the villa could have done with a proper clean prior to us visiting. The floors were dirty, the rug had blonde hair all over, the bbq and the table outside were also filthy. But we cleaned this ourselves and the villa was perfect then. The power supply tripped every time you put on the lights for the seating area outside despite having no other electrics on. Very annoying as thats where we spent the evenings. Ended up buying candles at the supermarket. The shaded seating area was a lovely touch and great for getting out of the heat during the day too. Although the cushion covers were in dire need of being renewed. Overall had a fantastic time at this villa and would recommend it to others, although the cleaning could be of a much better standard.

Lovely modern villa!

We recently stayed in Fergus’ lovely villa as two families with young children. The villa is beautifully decorated and very modern. There was plenty of space for us all. The pool was great (the photos don’t do the size justice!) and the shaded area was perfect for the babies to play in, otherwise they would have had to stay indoors. The power tripped out quite a bit when cooking, but quickly came back on. The location means that you will need a car I’d say. There are a couple bars and restaurants within walking distance though. We have stayed in this area before so knew the best places to visit for night markets etc, but a bit more information about the local area would be helpful for people who are new to the location. There was a miscommunication about our arrival but once I called Fergus it was resolved quickly. All in all a great holiday in a lovely villa!

Our family of 7 had a great 10 days, the children loved the pool & spent most of their time in there when we were not out. Plenty of room in the Villa. Well equipped & in a very peaceful area. Sally was very helpful & definitely would return.

We would certainly recommend this villa , air con was very good and the Wi-Fi also was excellent . I would recommend a car though as the road to la fuente can be quite dangerous (No fault of the villa owners) . Very spacious villa , pool cleaned regularly also . Thank you for letting us stay . Nice villa with great pool however car essential

Just returned from a week in the villa, it had everything needed to ensure a great stay and the pool was very well maintained. We like to to be active on holiday and walk everywhere but there were no paths and it was dangerous to walk anywhere so ended having to hire a car. Nice beaches, restaurants and shops are a small drive away. Overall we had a great holiday in this lovely well maintained villa, a week was not long enough

Nice villa, clean, good outdoor area

We spent 3 weeks there last month. House was clean, furniture etc. in good condition, pool was great (cleaned every 3-4 days). Downstairs shower A+. Outdoor area big (we actually held a small wedding ceremony there). Plenty of sunbeds for all guests. Good location (well you do need a car obviously but short drive to beach/shopping mall/restaurants). Short walk to a couple of pubs and minigolf/bar. Aldi supermarket close by. Overall, happy with everything. One small issue, the electricity didn´t quite handle if f.a.e air condition was on and we were cooking in the oven at the same time, so we had to knock it back in every now and then. Other than that, everything is in good condition, and as described and showed in pictures. We will definitely be visiting again. Special mention to Sally the property manager. She was extremely helpful in every way

Fantastic Villa for all your holiday needs.

Fergus & Jackie have created a fantastic holiday villa experience with this property. The Wow factor hits you as you walk through the gate, we arrived late at night and trust me, the villa looks spectacular, with the Pool and Palms bathed in L.E.D lighting, it does put a big smile on your face and you know you booked the right villa. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs (spiral staircase) and a large double on the ground floor. There is also a toilet/ bath/ shower room upstairs and another on the ground floor.( ground floor has an amazing multi jet shower.) The living room is very comfortable and air conditioned creating a cool environment to end the day, maybe watching TV or using the very good Wi-Fi. There is ample parking outside of the villa. The property is in a lovely quiet urbanization, away from the noise and hussle and bussle, however you could walk to bars and shops and Aldi in 10/15 mins. As the arrival date neared, Fergus was in regular contact, providing information for our stay, this made us feel very relaxed. Sally, the property agent was there to meet and greet us and answer any questions we may have had? Many thanks to Fergus & Jackie for creating a wonderful holiday Villa experience. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay at Campoamor Villa and would not hesitate returning again. Many thanks.

Fantastic Modern Villa with beautiful pool

Had a fantastic week at this beautiful modern villa, it's very spacious, has everything you could need and a wonderful south facing garden with its own pool to relax and enjoy the sun. It has all the mod cons and caters for families with young children and adults alike. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

we had such a wonderful time! we stayed with my sister who has 3 boys twins at 3 and a one year old, the villa was perfect it was secure and private, the villa itself was clean modern and comfortable, we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and great amenities, the kids loved the pool and as there was loads of room we could relax by the pool, there was a great seating area and bbq which we made full use of, the owners could not have been more helpful, we will hopefully be returning this year!

From the off, communication from Fergus was first class. Arrived at Villa and was met by Sally, very nice lady..first class also. Villa is perfect has everything you need and plenty of room so not living on top of each other, area is also very quite. I would recommend a car though, I do know the area quite well and to appreciate it you need one. Totally hassle free week and planned to return in July for 3 weeks but it's already booked Recommendations welcome for any others of course Thank you again Fergus and Sally.Best regardsBen

Most memorable holiday ever

My family and I were the first to stay in this fabulous villa following a complete refurbishment which included building a new pool. Not really sure where to start. Upon arrival we were blown away by the pool and patio area. Even though we arrived in the dark, the pool lights were on and the outdoor area was simply magnificent. Once we walked through the patio doors into the villa our smiles continued to grown (if that was at all possible). The living area had all new furniture and the white leather settee really set the room off. At the back if the living area, a double bedroom. The kitchen was gallery style and stocked with every utensil you could wish for. Crockery for formal dining, plus plastic for eating and drinking around the pool. At the bottom of a spiral staircase was a bathroom complete with jet shower. Upstairs 3 fabulous size bedrooms and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. One bedroom had access to a balcony which over looked the pool. Extra things like the BBQ, pool lighting and 2 beach chairs with parasol made days at the beach more economical without having to purchase pricey sunbeds. To top up this holiday if you are looking for an amazing, relaxing, comfy, quiet, home from home villa in a beautiful area in Spain, then this is the place to book. Fergus the owner could not do enough to assist me with any questions both prior and during my stay. Our only regret was the 2 weeks going too quickly and having to leave to come home. Thank you Fergus, we will most definitely book again.
