Complete kitchen with all appliances and cutlery included. Separate laundry with a washer and dryer. Living room with 60 inch 4K smart TV (Netflix included), dining table, and comfortable sofas. Accommodates up to 4 guests. 1 queen bed for 2 people, 2 single beds for 2 people. Comforters can be provided for any additional guests over 4 people, extra $10 for each guest per night.

Includes all amenities: 2 free parking spaces, separate entrance, full clean washroom, separate laundry, fresh towels, ironing board, pots/pans and cutlery, microwave, kettle, toaster, large fridge.

Great place and greater hosts

The place is a cozy and the hosts were always available. Any minor issue that we came across was fixed immediately by the host. The area itself is also very pleasant with quiet neighbourhood, a nice trail in the woods, grocery store, Shoppers drug mart, etc. If you need to take the bus then the bus stop is right next to the house as well.

Not as advertised and not a private home

When booking this the listing said five star private home. It's not a private home. People live upstairs. It is a side entrance through a garage into a closed off basement down a bunch of steps. It was a shared driveway we have to stay on one side. While it was clean the whole place was not well put together with holes in the walls (with tape over them) where doors would open due to no door stoppers and even beds that were so close to the door that that it wouldn't shut. Door also to bedroom was not set right and wouldn't actually lock. The bathroom had obvious active mold and appliances / sink etc while there were not well put together. No way to control temperature. Owner also messaged me about bringing him cigars from duty free and him paying me in cash? Not appropriate. I will say the area is amazing and convenient to be in a suburb but would have much rather been in a place that was as advertised. If it wasn't for us being in a different country and a difficult task to relocate we would have and i certainly would have chosen a different property knowing what i know now.

Pleasant stay

My stay was pleasant here. The owners are very helpful and kind. We were really lucky to have hospitable hosts. The location is beautiful and a bus stop is right outside the property.
