Cozy, Vintage, summer getaway!!

Any season is a great time to visit Windsong. Windsong is a classic, vintage, log cabin with all the comforts of home. Nestled among towering white and red pines, the cabin is approximately 2400 square feet and sits just 25 feet from the shore of beautiful Big Spider Lake. The main level of the cabin has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main living area boasts a fieldstone fireplace, a large dining area, and plenty of room for relaxing. The lower level offers an entertainment area that includes a smart tv, darts, ping pong, and many other board games - a perfect spot for the kids to hang out! The cabin is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and two smart TV's. A classic boathouse sits on 200 feet of shoreline and offers a deck complete with firepit and western views over the lake - the sunsets are amazing! Spider Lake, just NE of Hayward, Wisconsin, is 1600 acres and comprised of five interconnected lakes. It is a fully recreational lake known for its excellent fishing, swimming, and beautiful scenery. Located just 15 miles from downtown Hayward, the cabin offers both privacy and convenience. There are several nice supper clubs and restaurants in the area. A perfect place to hike, bike, kayak, fish or just relax with a glass of wine in front of the fieldstone fireplace!

sitting on that deck watching the sunset over the lake was well worth itsuper comfy beds for a great night sleep while the loons serenade you to Dreamlandkitchen was very well stocked if you didn't have it it was there already

What a great location and cabin! We loved our visit and would highly recommend to others. The cabin is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We had a rainy day and enjoyed playing cards, Bananagrams, darts, etc. We saw plenty of deer, turkeys and loved hearing the loons. A perfect setting on the water!

This was our 2nd stay at Windsong Cabin. We absolutely love it there. Everything is very clean, the views of the lake are beautiful and the hosts are fantastic. If you have a question they always have responded in a timely manner.This year we had a big buck on the property in the early morning. Also had a large crane that visited and perched itself down by the lake. Multiple loons were out in the lake calling to one another and we also saw the bald eagle again and a big blue heron. A lot of wildlife. We absolutely loved it. Hoping to come back again next year.

Great Cabin!

Perfect for all our needs! Our family rents a cabin every year and we all agreed that this one was one of our favorites. We spent lots of time enjoying the deck over looking the lake. The sunsets were amazing!

We had an incredible week at this beautiful cabin! Plenty of space for our family…this cabin has everything you could need! The deck was perfect for watching the sunset, the lake was clean and so quiet! This is the perfect place to unwind and recharge.

Very great week - with weather cooperating. Easy check in. Communication with owners was easy and prompt. Cabin is just as described - clean and so peaceful. We were so appreciative that our fur kids could enjoy it with us. Wish we had longer to be there and we hope to be back!
