This is a wonderful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa located on the second floor of Building 2. Walk-in to the open-concept living space, perfect to spread out and relax after a long day at the beach and pool. The living room has new furniture and a brand new sofa bed. The primary bedroom is outfitted with king bedding and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two queen beds. Each bath is equipped with a walk-in shower, a double vanity, and a garden tub.

Enjoy the resort-style amenities at 2211 Seacrest. Seacrest is an oceanfront resort housing an indoor and outdoor pool, a fitness room, garage parking, and an elevator. This villa is in the Coligny Beach area, making it a perfect location to enjoy local and tourist attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from right at your fingertips! There will be construction happening in the Seacrest area during the period of 10/7/24 to 5/1/25. This project is set to be done in phases with 2211 being a part of the second building project which is estimated to be between 01/13/25 – 02/03/25.
