Beautiful Downtown Auburn Cottage In A Quaint Setting!

In a quaint setting sits this beautiful cottage in downtown Auburn. It is nestled among the trees right across from Amsterdam Cafe with a beautiful lawn and walkway out front. The cottage has everything you need for a quick trip to the Plains. As you enter the home you are in the open living area with a custom gourmet kitchen. The bedroom has a queen bed and the bathroom is immaculate. For extra sleeping a retractable ladder staircase is an easy pull down from the ceiling up to your lofted bed. If you have extras the sleeper sofa is a perfect spot.

The bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom.

The kitchen has marble countertops, a full refrigerator, full oven, microwave, and plenty of dishes and cutlery. The full washer and dryer are right off of the kitchen.

You won't find anything else like this in Auburn!

Adorable

We loved our stay in # 5. The entire little community is amazing and so quiet. My kids really enjoyed the courtyard and played red light green light for hours. The house is well stocked and we were able to watch the big basketball game with my daughter who attends Auburn. What a lovely place and great fun had by all

Auburn swim meet!!

Our family loved the location. The cottages are super cute and the grounds well kept! We loved being able to sit on the porch and enjoy the evening. We will be back.

We came into town for a wedding. The cottage was clean and efficient. Communication with the host was clear and timely. Everything that was needed for our stay was provided. Walkable distance to many restaurants and attractions. Would highly recommend! Will be rebooking for a return visit.

Wonderful!

We had the best visit to Auburn! Our son is interested in coming to Auburn as an aviation student after high school, so we decided to come to town for the weekend for a tour and to see the Tigers play. We all fell in love! The location of this property was really great! We were a short walk from downtown and the stadium. The house was tiny, but very clean. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

We stayed at this lovely cottage to attend our granddaughter's graduation. This property is adorable! Very clean, updated, well appointed, and close to everything in the Auburn area. Cozy in a College Town

This property was perfect for our weekend visit with our daughter at Auburn. Nicely appointed, clean, happy, and bright, with ample parking too. The communication with the owner was easy and without any issues. We highly recommend this property.

Quaint and dusty

We’ve stayed here before and loved it. Fantastic location. Picturesque, and a great place to stay. Walked in and thought no one had stayed there in a couple months. Dust everywhere on furniture.

We were in town for our daughter’s swim meet at Auburn. The house is close to the aquatics center. Everything was spotless and comfortable. Will definitely book again next year for the same meet.

The cottage was just as lovely as the campus and town! We enjoyed speaking to our neighbors over coffee on the porch each morning, the wonderful location, and the adorable cottage! While small, it was laid out in such a way that every inch was utilized and the 4 of us had more than enough space. We can’t wait to go back!

Fun getaway! Great location!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your cottage! It was beautiful and perfect for us. Enjoyed being across from the Coffe shop and Amsterdam Cafe. We had dinner and breakfast there. Cottage was clean and bed was very comfortable. Love the look and feel of the cottage. To be so small it felt so grand. Close to downtown Auburn. Great place to stay for easy access to everything we wanted to do while we were in town.
