Luxury Ground Floor Apartment beside a large Pool complex and private garden.

A beautiful POOLSIDE APARTMENT on the GROUND FLOOR (phase 1) with a small private garden. Two twin bedrooms provide sleeping space for four adults, and a bed settee comfortably sleeps younger members of the family. All bedding and towels are provided. Bathroom has bath and shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.A fully fitted kitchen is provided, with oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer. Lounge area has a 40" Smart TV with UK and European cable channels and free WI FI . The lounge area opens to a tiled terrace with with patio table and chairs and a private garden with loungers which gives access to a fabulous Pool complex, with pools ranging from kiddies paddling pool (about 1 foot) / (300mm) max to a family relaxing pool (approx 5 foot), 1.5m, and a deeper, 6 foot (1.8m) pool for swimmers. The entire complex is built around an 18 hole, par 72 Golf course. 24 hour security is provided and visitors are asked to register their vehicle, on arrival.A sports area and lots of kiddies play areas ensure there are activities for all ages. The Golf clubhouse has bars and a fine restaurant, also a large supermarket caters for the family's daily needs.The local village of Sucina - 5 minute drive - is a mix of traditional Spanish and Expat residents. Many bars and restaurants cater for all needs. Bars have Sky TV and friendly local staff.
GOLF; Hacienda Riquelme is a par 72 championship course, one of 3 run by GNK golf, within a 15 minute drive. Murcia is the Golf capital of Spain. Spring and Autumn are the ideal seasons for Golfers with temperatures typically in the mid 20's.The 6 Jack Nicklaus designed courses, form the "Nicklaus Trail" SPECIAL OFFERS for long stay.

Perfect sunny escape from winter

The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Laid out well in terms of living space with plenty of storage space - we stayed a month. The airfryer in the kitchen was particularly useful. Sun in our little garden until 2pm then over to the immaculately kept pool if more sun needed. Fab weather mid Jan to Feb. Allowed to walk on outer path of golf course before 10am when golf started but not a problem at other times as I could walk the dog on the green areas on the edges of the residential areas and do a whole loop of the lovely golf course if I liked. Host was lovley - had a chance to meet him as he was out in Spain which was nice. Only criticism at all was we found the mattresses a little firm - but that could be down to us! Lovely beaches to visit - lis higuericas, alcazares, barnuevo and bolnuevo. Mazarron Carthena San Javier and village of Sucina lovle for a visit or meal out. Best supermarket Mercadona in San Javier. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. As Arnie said ‘we’ll be back!’

Mooi appartement maar te weinig huisraad voor 4 personen

Niemand gezien voor check in, via sms sleutel gevonden in sleutelbox aan de voordeur. Te weinig huisraad aanwezig om met 4 volwassenen te eten. We hadden maar 3 messen, 2 kleine kookpotten, 1 te kleine braadpan. Tassen en glazen ook niet te veel. Binnen in appartement heel veel mieren. Bij vertrek ook niemand gezien om sleutel af te geven.

Owner was very helpful and quick to respond

I had a number of issues sorting out my holiday and John was very helpful and responded really quickly which reduced my stress. Apartment is as advertised.

Hello/Hola, we are private owners who can only visit our home in the Sun a few times a year. At other times we offer our second home for rent to visitors. Ideally located on the ground floor beside a large pool.

Why they chose this property

Hacienda Riquelme is the most relaxing of the Polaris World resorts. There are large green areas and all apartments are situated around well thought out pool areas. The grounds are extremely well manicured and maintained.
10 Meters from large pool area, including, kiddies pool.

Thoroughly relaxing, Most of our visitors come back year after year. The buildings are built in a traditional Spanish style. 24 hour security check visitors and patrols the resort for your peace of mind.
