This Sound front home has been completely remodeled and includes a private pool and tiki bar! It's located in the first block of Via De Luna Drive within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and night life. With four bedrooms and two baths this home is set up to accommodate a maximum of twelve guests.

The kitchen, dining area and living area are open and ideal for family gatherings. The master bedroom has a king bed the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two sets of bunks and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. This home offers two full baths as well as a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

The space under the home offers parking for four to six vehicles. This home has a great pier so bring the boat and since this home is pet friendly feel free to bring "Fido" as well. Soak up the Florida sunshine on the fabulous private beach behind the home too! This home is wonderful for a small, intimate wedding or family reunion! Event friendly (event fee required.)

Our vacation started with breathtaking views. The home was beautiful and we loved the beach. Our Maize girl was welcome and she absolutely lived her best dog life. The only thing I would change is that the home would stock foil, sandwich bags, parchment paper, coffee filters etc., this way we can cook or make lunches for the pool days or beach days. I spent a lot of extra money on those items and felt I should not have to, and it should come with the home. Oh yes and a heated pool! We spend enough on the home, I feel it should be included, but I have been spoiled at other homes, so I figured that was the norm. Otherwise I have only positive words for this home and for the rental group. Thank you for a fun week!

Perfect Vacation Spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the absolute perfect vacation spot. Traveling with two kiddos, this gives you immediate access to sand, water, and pool. It is also within walking distance to restaurants, retail stores, etc. or within a 10 minute driving distance of pretty much anything! The property was clean, well-maintained and despite being in the middle of literally everything, still feels somewhat secluded and safe. We could not have picked a better place for our Thanksgiving trip to the beach. Do not hesitate to rent Via De Luna is fantastic.

We had a great time! Great Location. Beach just a short walk across the street. View of Bay in back awesome. We were there when the Blue Angels were there. We did not know this at the time of booking. It an awesome surprise and experience watching from the beach!

The only downfall with the dogs was there wasn't a grassy area near the house to go to the bathroom so we had to walk them to the street where there was grass to get them to use the bathroom (most dogs probably aren't as picky as mine). The check in and out process was easy. We.had one small issue not being able to find an outside light switch that needed turned off and the lady at paradise Beach rentals was so friendly and quick to get back to us. I would definitely stay here again!

Salty Family Fun!

For the price it really can't be beat. The toughest part was with the dogs only because there are not many full grassy areas around so it took a while for them to do their business. But the area was quiet, the house was clean and we would definitely stay there again!

Fun family vacation

We had a great time with lots of activity options for our family. The location of the house allowed our teenage children to have some independence with walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The pool and pier also provided lots of activities for everyone. We were able to rent chairs and umbrellas at the beach, so the walk across was easy. The only area of opportunity for improvement was improved pest control in the home. We did see large roaches on a few days of our stay. We addressed this ourself with roach spray. Location and access to activities was the highlight of the vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to Pensacola for my bachelorette weekend with 9 girls, and we had the best time at Soundz Amazing! First of all, the views are spectacular. We saw dolphins and stingrays off the dock. The pool was perfect and well kept, and there were plenty of chairs! The tiki bar was a nice touch too! The location was so convenient as well. We were able to walk a lot of places, or hop in the car for a short 1-2 minute drive. We were big fans of Flounders, Bamboo Willies (GO CHIEFS), and The Break. We also did a brewery hop in downtown Pensacola and loved the vibes off all the bars there. We couldn't recommend are stay more.

We often vacation in Pensacola Beach and this house is special. There are dolphins that hunt just off our pier and we've seen a sting ray as well. We're steps away from shops and restaurants. Check out the Sneaky Tiki beach bar, the Paradise (great food and live music) and our favorite Flounders & Crabs. The private beach area my grandchildren love as well as the pool. The house has had some really nice updates since our last visit. The décor has been updated, it's been painted and the towels are far nicer than they used to be. The management company is excellent to work with and really make the entire rental experience seamless. I would highly recommend this property.

Overall we had good time on vacation, the property is nice and comfortable, but could have been more thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival for example the kitchen counters and coffee makers didnt look touched by the stove. I understand it was a very busy weekend with the air show. The view is beautiful and the pool was fun, however please note the liner is wrinkled and then torn in one area held up with duck tape. The property looks bigger in pictures. The biggest complaint unfortunately that would keep us from renting again is the smell outside being next to whatever treatment plant that is, made it smell like a sewer often outside. Its very unpleasant. Over all we enjoyed the space but would not rent again.

The four bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us plenty of space with one of the rooms having four bunkbeds. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, and there were extra linens and pillows in the closets. The kitchen was fully equipped with absolutely everything we needed from, cups, plates, bowls, wine glasses, 2 coffee pots, toaster, cutting boards, silverware, knives, food storage containers, pots pans, spatulas, dish soap, towels, sponges, and so much more! There’s a full-size washer and dryer in the hallway closet that made it convenient to do a couple of loads of laundry toward the end of the week. Outside was not only the awesome pool, but also picnic tables, chairs, loungers, a propane grill and the cutest little cabana that my granddaughter turned into her lemonade stand to serve the family from. The view and the pier was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed sitting out there so much watching the birds, ducks, stingrays, boats, and even dolphins! Although some other areas on the beach were a little crowded. We had our own slice of heaven and privacy right back there on the sound side. we heard music in the distance a couple of times from nearby restaurants, but it wasn’t bothersome at all. It was actually really cool and fun to hear. The location is super convenient to stores, restaurants, the main boardwalk and other nightlife in the area. We loved it so much. No one wanted to leave! We’ve already booked it for another week this summer. We can’t wait to return!

Great House, Poor Management

Reviewer Comments: The rental agreement stipulated that check-in was not until 5:00pm which is the latest I have ever had for checking in to any rental location. I called weeks ahead and offered to clean up from the previous occupant so we could get in earlier and was told no. I called the morning of check in as we were coming from IL to see if we could get in earlier and was told hopefully we could get in by 3pm. Our other houseguests arrived before us around 1:30pm and were allowed to park there. They saw different cars coming and going which they assumed were the cleaners. We arrived at the rental office at 3:00pm and were told the house was undergoing maintenance that the owner wanted done in between guests. When we got to the house, there was a small sedan parked out front. Another employee showed up around 4:30pm to ask if we needed anything to which I replied we still weren't allowed in the house and didn't have the keys. At that point she called the office and found out it was still being cleaned. They then sent over more people to clean. So we were lied to about maintenance, nothing was being done. It just hadn't been cleaned despite check-out for the property being 10:00am. The house was 1,200 square feet. They could've dropped off clean linens (or let us wash the ones there and let us in at noon), and we could've cleaned the whole place in 30 minutes. We didn't even get a call at 5:00pm that we could get the keys, I had to call at 5:02pm and was finally told I could come get them. The house does not provide more than the initial toilet paper rolls, 2-3 trash bags that ripped apart, and no hand soap for the bathrooms. The pots and pans are basically trash- the non-stick coating is gone from them. Didn't even bother to open the grill or try to use it. The good: the location is top notch as long as the wind isn't blowing the smell over from the water treatment plant next door. The pool is salt water and gets good shade as well. It is a very small house with tiny bedrooms. The gas fireplace didn't work, the tub in the back bathroom didn't drain, the toilet was wobbly, the water pressure in the front bathroom was very weak, the electrical outlets in the kitchen did not work, and the quality of the TVs was terrible in addition to being very hard to figure out.

We loved enjoying our coffee on the deck and our adult beverages in the tiki bar overlooking the beautiful sound. It was absolutely beautiful. Only problem we had was two of us had sand in our beds and it wasn't our sand. Not a big deal we just washed the sheets.
