Pas génial

Les 2 agences (celle des Orres 1650 et 1800) étaient fermées, pourtant à 16H00 un samedi ! N° de tél d'urgence indisponible (il fallait laisser un message ...) J'avais la voiture chargée de nourriture périssable (j'avais fait des courses à Embrun) et je ne trouvais pas l'appartement, après 800km de route, fatigué. J'entendais le gardien de l'immeuble présent dans son appartement, mais il refusait de m'ouvrir sa porte. Heureusement pour moi, une personne charitable m'a aidé à trouver l'appartement (dans un couloir caché). Je ne reviendrai pas.

Bonjour, navré d'apprendre votre mécontentement. Tout d’abord, concernant les horaires d’ouverture, les agences réceptives sont effectivement fermées les week-ends pendant l’intersaison. Vous avez été contacté et prévenu par téléphone 3 jours avant le début de votre séjour ; afin d’organiser votre arrivée en toute autonomie, grâce au coffre à clés situé devant l’agence. Ensuite, la messagerie du téléphone d’urgence demande effectivement de laisser un message vocal. Vous avez été recontacté après votre message vocal mais vous n'avez pas décroché. Enfin, il y a bel et bien un gardien dans cet immeuble qui dépend de la copropriété. Cordialement, la réception.
