Good location for short stay

We went to CA to explore the area to see if we would want to move around there somewhere. Windsor is close to Healdsberg and to Santa Rosa, so location was great for us. The apartment is nice. There were missing towels and TP but dialing zero took care of that. Parking was difficult if you got back after 6pm but that’s not on the owner. The most frustrating were the sales people, but Logan did warn in a welcome email. I just didn’t expect for the pitches immediately upon check-in & then multiple calls and at one point I had to expressly say that I did not want any more calls or conversations about the sales pitches in order for them to stop. Just so you know. The owner was quick to respond about issues and the games in the main lobby were nice for the kids. WIFI at this place is extra $ like in hotels and you can rent DVD movies from the lobby for $3 per night. Overall though, this was what we needed to explore the area and it absolutely served our purposes.

Staycation, sort of...

If your rental home is being repaired and you have to be out of the house for 3 weeks, there is no better Sonoma County spot to be than the Worldmark by Windsor. Our comfy 2BR, 2BA with kitchen, laundry, balcony patio w/BBQ and cozy living room were wonderful. The pools and hot tubs, area discounts and great location were a super bonus!!! We will definitely be back as vacationers next time. Our VRBO owners were so kind and helpful.

The place was nice

The place was great. The check in process was a little frustrating. The place was not ready at 4:30 although the check in time was 4:00. Ashlee at the front desk was very kind and reassuring. Even with all the pressure of people wanting their rooms, she stayed calm and helpful.
