Summary:

Welcome to Muirfield Flat, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This lovely studio apartment is nestled on a nice wooded lot next to Maxwelton Braes golf course and the Bjorklunden trail system, which has stunning views of Lake Michigan.



The Space:

The upstairs studio apartment includes a king size bed and a pull out couch. The unit will comfortably sleep 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, with room for a pack and play. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, mini refrigerator, and coffee maker. There is also a full bathroom, a dining area, wifi, and Roku TV.



This unit has a separate entrance from the main house. The main home may be available for rent, please send an inquiry for availability and pricing.

This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.

- PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Wonderful property, perfect for long weekend getaway with my husband. Property is located a stones throw from Lake Michigan, Frogtown road allows you walk along the lake, beautiful morning / evening views. A 10-15 minute drive gets you to all the quaint towns across the peninsula on Green Bay. Love Door County!

First visit to Door County. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the home was in a beautiful area, close to Bailey's Harbor, but not so close it was noisy.

Weekend getaway

Perfect flat for a quick weekend getaway for my wife and me. Close enough to town where you can walk, bike, or drive and a five minute walk to the trails at Bjorklunden.

This was the perfect spot for me while I was working in the area. The bedroom is very spacious, the bathroom is modern and the mini fridge is a very good size, which is great! The accommodations were very comfortable and the location was very convenient for exploring Bailey’s Harbor, and also not very far from Egg Harbor where I also had some work. The check in process was fine, except there was a delay in cleaning the unit. It was promptly cleaned while I chatted with the owner of the property who lives in the main house. It was fortunate she was there to explain the situation and it was immediately apparent she is a very welcoming person who can make you feel at home. She kindly left me a note of apology even though the cleaning schedule wasn’t her responsibility. At the end of my stay I was able to check out later than listed, which was helpful because my work meeting was late in the afternoon that day. I will definitely consider another stay in the future.

Great location and quite!

The property is well equipped, clean and very comfortable with lots of space. You can tell the owners put great care and detail into their rental. Fantastic location with a wonder path to the lakefront. Private entrance. Great stay!

We booked this for a quick Fourth of July trip in door county, and this was the best spot! The place is extremely comfortable, clean, and well designed. We were able to walk to downtown for the festivities. Overall, great stay!

Great spot

My husband and I enjoyed our stay when we visited Door County for a long weekend. The space is cozy, quiet and had everything we needed for our visit. The only snafu was that I never received an email with check-in information, but the rental company was quick to assist and everything was great after that. Highly recommend this space!
