The studio is ideally located between the sea and the park in the Couchant district. Access to the beach is via a footpath (no road to cross)
The 28 m2 studio cabin is on the ground floor of the Résidence Ulysse Plage 2
A numbered and reserved parking space is available
Terrace and garden are oriented south west in the shade of a large blind.
Access to the residence is secure
At the rear of the residence, there is a large park with games for children and a pétanque court.
300m away, by pedestrian and bicycle access, is the shopping alley in the Couchant district with all restaurants, shops, pharmacy, caterer, fruit and vegetables, grocery store and beach shops.

This studio is equipped with:
- a kitchenette with dishwasher, washing machine and ceramic hob
- a main room with click clack
- a large sliding cupboard in the entrance,
- a bathroom (with bath) and a separate toilet
- a cabin with 2 bunk beds (with bay window)
- a loggia with garden furniture and deckchairs

Studio la Grande Motte

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Barbara qui est parfaitement agencé pour y séjourner en famille jusqu’à 4 personnes. Literie du canapé lit et des lits superposés très confortable. Véranda, terrasse et jardinet offrent beaucoup d’espace pour ne pas se sentir a l’étroit. Le parking fermé de la résidence est un + L’accès à la plage se fait à pied sans aucune route à traverser. Les boutiques et restaurants du Couchant sont très proches et le port un peu plus loin par une promenade sécurisée. Barbara et sa maman sont très accueillantes. En bref, un excellent séjour à la Grande Motte pour nos premières vacances dans l’Herault.

Nous étions deux (avec ma fille de 23 ans)c'était parfais, nous nous sommes tout de suite senties chez nous, la déco parfaite et emplacement très pratique avec les vélos. Emplacement idéal

Un bonheur d'entrer dans un studio propre, neuf. Les appareils mis à disposition sont tous en très bon état, la vaisselle est jolie. Cela peut paraître un détail mais c'est plus agréable que d'utiliser verres et assiettes dépareillées, ébréchées. Trop de propriétaires n'ont aucune considération pour leur bien et pour ceux qui l'occupent en meublant avec des vieilleries. Ici ce n'est pas le cas et nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Je garde donc les coordonnées de la propriétaire - très sympathique- pour d'autres séjours.
