This 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home includes: An open concept floorplan on two levels, a large back deck off of the first floor with a gas grill, and plenty of parking.

The first floor includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, a separate dining area, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Two balconies: one balcony on the front of the home and one large balcony off the kitchen with gas grill. A living room area with a 42" flat screen HD TV and a half bath. A master bedroom with a king size bed and Private bathroom.

The second floor includes: Three bedrooms with a total of two queen-size beds and two twin-size beds. Two full-size bathrooms. An open loft for entertainment with a 42" HD TV, two full size futon beds, and a balcony.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
