About this property

80m² terraced house in Auvergne in a 1640 stone building classified 3 ⭐⭐⭐

Furnished cottage located in Haute Loire in the medieval village of Auzon in a house with murals and woodwork from the 17th century.
The cottage is labeled 4 keys Clevacance and Respirando (hiking and mountain biking label)
Comfortable accommodation for 4 people Close to all shops and services
 in the heart of Auvergne, near the UNESCO-listed chain of volcanoes
Our cottage is on several levels and adjoining our home, in a very quiet village
- stage 1 :
 * large living room with sitting area, TV, games for children / * equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, combined microwave, fridge freezer, classic coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...) / * bathroom: washing machine - washing machine, shower, basin, WC, iron and ironing board
- floor 2:
* 1 bed 140 single room / * 2 beds 90 on mezzanine / * baby cot umbrella provided on request
- ground floor: entrance, small garden of 50m2 with barbecue, garden furniture, parasol and parking.

Our Gite in the hamlet of Lugeac:
- is located in lush greenery at an altitude of 450 m in a peaceful environment near the Livradois Forez natural park and near the volcano park of Auvergne classified as UNESCO World Heritage.
- at the limits of three departments Puy de dôme, Haute-Loire, Cantal which facilitates visits.
- only 4 km from the A 75 motorway is therefore very easy to access
- the starting point for many Respirando walks and activities
Sports activities: hiking and mountain biking from the cottage (FFC and Respirando labeled circuit, canoeing, zip lines,….
Cultural activities: listed monuments, Romanesque churches, castles, museums, etc.
Family relaxation activities: nearby river, lakes, Velorail, tree climbing, swimming pool,… ..

Petit gîte très propre pour petit sejour

Auzon est une ville médiévale très agréable, le gîte se trouve à 10 minutes à pied. Gîte très propre mais avec beaucoup d escaliers ( pour monter dans la salle principale et dans les chambres, escalier très abrupt ).Sinon gîte confortable avec tout le necessaire.

Séjour hivernal à Auzon

Séjour hivernal tres agréable dans cette ancienne maison restaurée avec tout. La location est au calme, tres bien située près de Auzon. Nous avons pu faire de très jolies randonnées au alentours pour découvrir l'environnement. Petit bémol sur la literie (matelas, oreillers) et l'escalier qui mène à la mezzanine en raison du risque de chute pour les enfants.Mais cela ne nous a pas empecher de passer un agréable séjour !

Typisch Auvergne

Wer die Auvergne in typischer Umgebung genießen will, ist bei Viviane perfekt aufgehoben. Man sollte gut Treppen steigen können, dann ist dieses alte, geschickt ausgebaute Steinhaus das ideale Urlaubsquartier. Die Gegend ist hervorragend zum Radfahren geeignet - wenig Verkehr und jede Menge lohnende Ziele. Wir haben in neun Tagen nicht einmal das Auto gebraucht. Herzlichen Dank für diese schönen Tage.
