Parking less than 50 meters.In a charming residence located in the heart of Vallandry resort and less than 20 meters ski slopes, we offer a triplex apartment for 8 people located on the 5th floor with elevator and offering an unobstructed view of the entire valley.The apartment is composed of a bathroom with separate toilet, a living room (with pull-out sofa), kitchenette and large fitted balcony. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed 140 cm, a sleeping area with a set of bunk beds and 1 single bed, a shower room with separate toilet and also a mezzanine with a double bed and 1 single bed.The apartment is rented with a ski locker + 1 bed BB + 1 high chair BBFacilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, mini oven, ceramic hobs Television. 1 bed BB + 1 high chair BB.Rented with a ski locker. Bedding: 1 set of stork beds, 2 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 set of bunk beds (advised for children, only from 6 years old)Sanitary: a bathroom, a shower room, 2 separate toilets Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.Practice: Bedding is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Out of summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered as a supplement. You can book your ski lift packages, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be issued without bail.End-of-stay household not included.INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved. Tissues must not be removed from beds and left clean. Beds must be unladen correctly with the duvets folded and placed at the feet of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be the subject of a bill charged on deposit: 10€ per bed, 25€ per missing lounge, 300€ for the restoration of the furniture.Apartment NO FUMEUR: €300 odor charge for cleaning all fabrics
