Point B Exclusive - This stylishly appointed Cape with Carriage House, quietly located on the edge of historic Edgartown Village, is surrounded by a professionally architected landscape with lush perennial gardens, mahogany decks, pergola, and a heated gunite pool.

The Main House was fully renovated and features a bright, open first floor layout with Living and Dining Areas, and Gourmet Kitchen with butcherblock prep island and stainless appliances. There is wide plank flooring throughout with stylish beadboard touches.

Two sets of French doors open out from the kitchen/dining area to a bluestone patio with pergola on one side, and a deck with large pool area on the other. Also on the first floor, TV/Family Room, Bedroom, and a full bath

The second floor has the other three bedrooms, including a Primary Bedroom with sitting area and fireplace, and one bedroom with nautical-style built-in bed births. The bedrooms share a full bath with whirlpool tub and shower.

The separate Carriage House features a large, second-floor Bedroom Suite, nicely detailed with beadboard, plus a full bath.

The private pool area is surrounded by lush, perennial gardens and plantings. The heated gunite pool has a large stone surround, with loungers, umbrella, and chairs.

Downtown Edgartown with its restaurants, shops, and attractions is a short stroll away.

NOTE: The pool heat is included for stays between July and August. However for other periods, there is a pool heat fee of $250.00 that will be added to the rental fees. Please inquire.

This home was perfect for our two families. The backyard oasis was just that and the walk to town was so pleasant and a perfect distance. We would rent this property again!
