Renovated in 2021 and again in 2023 to include brand new windows and Kitchen- Katama beach house with a large 1/2 acre fenced in yard. Central Air and brand new furnishings - dining room table and chairs, living room furniture, television, outdoor dining and pool furniture, large umbrellas and a grill that is directly tied into the gas line. Large landscaped yard compliments the 22’x38’ heated pool. Located directly between downtown Edgartown ( 1.6 miles or 7 minute bike ride) and South Beach.

4 bedrooms that sleep 10 comfortably and 3 baths inside with an additional outside shower there is plenty of room for the entire family. Hardwood floors throughout stained in a light white wash add to the beach house vibe. Walk in the front door and on your left is a dining room with a farmhouse table that seats 6 including an optional leaf that allows for 8 comfortably. To the right is an open concept family room and kitchen. Couches and 60 inch flat screen tv on one side and a fully renovated kitchen in 2023 on the other ( Pictures to be updated shortly). Kitchen includes gas range, dishwasher and a kitchen island with seating for 3-4. To the left of the kitchen is a hallway that leads to a full bathroom on the right and ends with a queen sized bedroom that overlooks the backyard. Up the stairs the second floor is complete with 2 large bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom on the left includes a king size bed, an office nook should you need to do any work on vacation (not advised) and an access to the full bathroom. The bedroom on the right has 4 twin beds with ample room. Additionally, the lower level has been renovated to include a finished family room with 65 inch flat screen tv, bedroom with a full size bed and extra long twin and full bathroom.
Now to the best part- the outside! Imagine you wake up in the morning and head out to the large fenced in yard, sip your coffee and take a dip in the heated pool. What a way to start your day! Rent bikes from Edgartown Cycle and head to south beach. Or get yourself a Norton point beach sticker and drive your 4 wheel drive vehicle out on the sand. At the end of your day come home and hit the outside shower to strip off the sand and then head to the pool where late afternoon sun will keep you warm well into the evening. Dining al fresco at our outdoor dining table that seats eight with an additional bistro table that seats 4.

Pool opens Memorial Day Weekend
As there is a pool on the premises for extra security measures there is a ring video that monitors the pool. It is located on the back corner of the home. Additionally there is one on the front tree to the left of the driveway that monitors the gate. These have been installed for safety but are not viewed while guests are on the premises.
