This beautiful home is the perfect getaway for active families who love quality time together, near the beaches, pier, town and restaurants. Brand new 8' slate pool table for hours of indoor family fun! The house boasts 3 bedrooms all with flat screen TVs, blue tooth alarm clocks, and full bathrooms stocked with towels and blow dryers for your convenience: King Master with ensuite featuring jacuzzi tub and huge walk-in closet, plenty of dresser space; Huge fun twin room with its own large bathroom with tub and shower, large closet, several dressers, toys, games, rocking chair; and a Queen bedroom with all new white furniture, large dresser and closet.
The spacious living room has a very large sectional couch for full family comfort, plus additional leather chairs (with throw blankets), coffee table and luxury, antique fold-out snack tables, as well as an antique display unit filled with drinking glasses for all kinds of beverages and cocktails. This room is connected to the room with pool table, so the whole family can remain together while playing games and/or watching full cable TV, sports or movies on the large flat screen TV. The TV console is stocked with family games, playing cards and even some good old-fashioned jacks! There is WiFi and surge protectors in every room for all of your family's devices.
The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, electric, stove/oven, microwave and 2 coffee pots, a Keurig and automatic drip. It is fully stocked with plates, cups, glasses, utensils (sets for indoor dining and others for outdoor dining as well as disposable dining); the kitchen table has 6 cushioned chairs and the room connects by sliding glass doors to a long deck overlooking the backyard, with stairs to the backyard cement patio.
The ground floor of the house is a gigantic 1500 sq. ft. "garage" (the entire footprint of the upstairs living area), with vast amounts of storage. There are beach items, beach towels, toys, chairs, and even a couple of bikes for your family to borrow for your daily adventures. The house is in a beautiful marsh-front neighborhood, on a quiet cut-de-sac. There is a convenience store steps away, across Demere, the main road that leads to Thompson Cove.
This house is short blocks from the famously popular King & Prince Hotel and conveniently located to all of the fun of the Island. Walk or bike to the beach, restaurants, town, pier, lighthouse, community pool or take a short drive to any of the Islands gorgeous golf courses. There is never a lack of fun things to do for every age group!

After a very personal family placement of ashes at Christ Church, we spent several sunny and warm days at the beach. We were just a 4 minute ride from Massengale Park and beach access.
