The St. Simons Pier is a very short walk from this house and is great for kids & adults to fish, go crabbing, bird watching, dolphin sighting, and you might even get to see a huge fish getting reeled in! The sunsets at this house are spectacular from the 2 oversized screened in porches overlooking the large pond, you will not want to leave!

Welcome to Ocean's 14!! Be one of the first to rent this 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with 2 large screened decks and a plunge pool. The decks overlook a lagoon where you can watch turtles, herons, eagles, and osprey while sipping a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Newly Built in 2019 this beautiful home is nestled in a quiet nook one block from the heart of the village. Where everything is a short walk; shops, restaurants, bars, museums, pier the lovely SSI light house, and of course the beach.

Inside Ocean's 14 you will be treated with all the amenities that will make you feel at home, comfortable beds, artwork from local artists and spacious areas for gathering, Enjoy a high tech environment with fiber optic internet access, Google mesh wi-fi, three flat screen tv's and multiple charging stations.

Ocean's 14 is a gathering place for family and friends to relax, have fun and to make wonderful memories. We look forward to hosting your stay in our beautiful home.

If you will cover the pool when you are not using it, it will be warmer the next time you use it. The cover is super light and easy to use!

Let Ryan know 3 days before check in if you do want the pool heated, so he can turn the heater on and give it plenty of time to warm the pool. Thank you!

Family Gathering

This is an amazing property and we will be staying here again. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed plus some. The house is close to the neighbors, but was built in such a way that it is very private. The neighbors were very friendly. The location to town and beach was very convenient. We had an amazing time and recommend this property.

Wonderful house and location

Our vacation with 3 families was great due to this fantastic house! It was a perfect location to all the stores and restaurants and the pier! The house was equipped with all the amenities we needed!

Beautiful hidden Gem!

We had a short stay but it was memorable. Our kids had a blast in the pool and the property was beautiful. We’ll definitely try to rent again in the future.

Beautiful house, amazing location

We hesitated renting this house because we have 6 kids, ages 6-16, and we were worried the pool would not be big enough, but we are so thankful that didn’t deter us! Everything about this house was perfection. Great layout, high ceilings, very clean, well-stocked, beautifully decorated, the porches were awesome, master suite was a-mazing, and the pool area was more than adequate, which is where we spent the majority of our time! Couldn’t have asked for a better location to restaurants, shops, pier and beaches. We would 100% stay here again!! Bonus the neighbors were incredibly nice and helpful. Thank you for an amazing trip to St.Simons Island. We can’t wait to come back!!

Clean, clean, clean. Location! Location! Location! Ocean's 14 is in a prime location with a short walk to the St. Simons Pier Village, shops, restaurants, and beaches! The house is on a very quiet street and overlooks a beautiful lagoon with tons of wildlife, it is very difficult to find many houses in this proximity to the village with such tranquility.
