Ready for some entertainment? Play a game of billiards or get the full theater experience in the media room with 9-foot projection screen and surround sound. If you prefer some natural entertainment, go birdwatching on the trails around the property and along the wet-weather creek that derives the name Siete Cascadas (Seven Falls!).

- NOTICES & REQUIREMENTS -
*A separate, signed AGREEMENT between Siete Cascadas and guest will need to be signed prior to a guest stay. There will be no rental without this completed DocuSign agreement.
*Minimum age of primary renter is 28 years of age. A photo ID will be required in advance for the primary renter and a list including names and ages of all those staying at the home. Maximum overnight adult guests can not exceed 8. Toddlers (age 3 or less) are NOT counted toward paying guests. Maximum total guests including toddlers can not exceed 11.
*Sorry, Absolutely NO bachelor/bachelorette or other loud parties. No day events with more than 12 persons including listed renters. While neighbors are at a substantial distance, noise travels in this quiet and peaceful rural community.
*There is a separate cabin/workshop on the property where your Host/Concierge will be staying. This building is not available to renting guests.
*There are several BIG FRIENDLY DOGS on site at the cabin/workshop and contained in a fenced area. Occasionally they do get out and may bark and aggressively wag their tails. Please let the host know if you have a fear of large dogs.
*Every stay comes with your own onsite concierge! Feel free to ask more questions about how this works, but here's the gist of what's included:
- 24 hour availability for questions and needs via phone / email
- Concierge will help guests with entry, recommendations & general house questions; operating the oven, coffee machine, movie room, hot tub, etc…
- 1 grocery run at 1 store (HEB or Randall’s) before guests arrive to stock the house with desired items, cost of groceries is NOT included in the pricing, and shopping list will need to be provided by the guest and coordinated with concierge prior to stay.
- Help with procuring Ubers, car rental, chef services, etc!
*MANY ADD ONS AVAILABLE! Do you need babysitting services? Would you like a Ribeye cooked medium rare on the Big Green Egg? Just ask, we’ll will do our best to accommodate*

We purchased the land in 1999 and built our dream home on it in 2001. After loving care and attention for 15 years Susan and I decided it was time to freshen up the home and change a few things so we remodeled the whole place! We completed a two-year remodel in 2018 having updated every surface and every appliance to the highest levels guided by our dreams. In 2021 we added a pool and hot tub too! Now we would like to share our efforts with you.

LIVING AREAS:
The main living area is furnished with a plush love seat, armchairs and a 40" flat-screen TV. The wood-burning fireplace adds warm ambience on crisp nights.
Upstairs, the second living area features a billiards table, a wet bar and seating for three.
Hours of entertainment await in the posh media room. Dim the lights, snuggle on the oversized furniture and watch movies in surround-sound on the theater-quality 9' projection screen.
Find quiet privacy in the two office areas. The first is outfitted with a desk and a grandfather clock. The second has a built-in wooden desk and library.
KITCHEN & DINING:
The chef in your group will be amazed at the gourmet kitchen! 3 Italian Bertazzoni ovens, a 6 burner range and stone countertops inspire your inner Gordon Ramsay. A large island with a built-in cutting board provide ample space for all to gather around and participate, or just sit in the attached circular breakfast bar seating and wait for the results.
When its time to eat, gather at the table for eight in the formal dining room.
OUTDOOR AREAS
We just built an amazing Swimming Pool & Hot Tub in 2021. Go for a swim or sway in a hammock in a lush and expansive backyard. The large back deck with two covered sections provides plenty of space to relax in the fresh air. Barbecue authentic Texas meals on the gas grill or the Big Green Egg ceramic smoker, then dine alfresco at the table for six.
A wraparound balcony provides a breezy retreat. For a bird's eye view of the Hill Country's rolling beauty, climb the spiral staircase to the observation deck.
Take a walk around the property trails and watch boats pass by in the distance on Lake Travis.
