We own a ranch on the coast so this is our second home. Have family with grandchild 15 minutes away so we use this home about 50 % of the time when not used by our guests.

This is a quiet neighborhood that is very peaceful. Great bird watching from back porch.
What makes this property unique
Great view. Separate living space if wanted for kids. Since we have grandkids, we have lots of toys and cribs available. Just ask!
