"Chez Mémé Caillou" cottage 6 people

"Chez Mémé Caillou" is an independent old house recently renovated, with a warm interior, with a plot of 250 square meters to enjoy the terrace and sunbathing in fine weather. Located in Montmirail, "Small City of Character" in the Perche Sarthois, it is close to the castle, on the discovery trail of the village.

The house has a large living room on the ground floor with a large living room (tv and Livebox), a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (new appliances), a utility room / pantry and toilets.
On the 1st floor are a mezzanine converted into a relaxation area, a bathroom with toilet, and two bedrooms (a 160x200 bed in one and two 90x190 beds in the other. The two beds can form only one on request)
On the 2nd floor, a large atypical bedroom accommodates a 160x200 bed.
The bedding is new and upscale. Beds are made upon arrival.
Towels, tea towels and hand towels are provided.
For babies, there is a travel cot, a high chair and a bathtub.

Montmirail, medieval village "Small City of Character" rises to 248 meters. The castle and its park can be visited and events are organized there.
Bakery, butcher / delicatessen, grocery store and other shops make life on site easier.
Doctor and pharmacy are also present.

150 km from Paris, 10 minutes from the A11 motorway, 15 minutes from La Ferté-Bernard train station, access is easy.
Many activities are possible all around the cottage. A variety of documentation is offered. Hikers can enjoy it.
