Nine Vail Road Condos are surrounded by the Four Seasons Hotel, located just across from the Sonnenalp and Sebastian Hotels in Vail Village. Just across the street from the pedestrian area, short walk to Gondola One. There is an onsite pool; hot tub; free WIFI; free garage parking. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $225 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This two bedroom two bath suite features 1067 square feet of living space on two levels; One king bed; Two Twin beds; Queen Sofa Sleeper; full kitchen; deck and in unit washer/dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS that fall between and include the dates December 18 – January 4 (holiday period) a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions) final payment is due November 1st; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations after November 1st are non-refundable.

RESERVATIONS FOR GREATER THAN 20 DAYS, a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). full payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival: after which, all payments are non-refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make final payment by balance due date may result in cancellation of reservation with full forfeiture of payment.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

Cozy and clean

The property was as expected having stayed there before. Would totally recommend. The specific unit I was in, was clean, well stocked, and cozy I would absolutely recommend this unit and would stay there again. Thank you for a very relaxing stay!!

Great condo in perfect Vail location

We loved our stay at the condo. La your was perfect for myself, husband and 2 kids (8&10). Check in was easy but off site so if we didn’t have a car might have been a hassle with all of our luggage and skis. We had some issues with the heat (unable to adjust - thermostat did not work and it was very hot) but property manager sent someone over right away to help. Kids loved the hot tub. Easy walk into vail village. Would definitely come back!

No hot tub! No AC

Definitely wouldn't have stayed here if I knew the hot tub wasn't working. This should have been communicated to me. Property management didnt seem to care. Also no A/C and it stayed at 75° or higher.

The pump went out on the hot tub, there was no time to get it repaired. The unit clearly states that there is no A/C in it. Sorry you did not enjoy your stay.

Excellent location

Stayed with my husband and 18 year old son for 1 week in March. Excellent accommodations and location. Impending snowstorm in Denver forced us to come to Vail early and the property management could not have been more accommodating allowing us to come 1 day early and check in when we arrived. We walked to dinner everyday in the village and stored our skis in a locker near the gondola so we did not have to carry everything daily. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great location

Loved the location. Property was very nice. Property manager was very quick to get towels to the condo. Minor concerns: the lighting, as in which switches did what, was very confusing. Never did get the TV in the master bedroom to work (one remote had no batteries). We did have to exchange out the propane tank in order to use the grill. There are no hot pads in the kitchen. What could be very helpful for future guests would be a Welcome binder with Clear instructions on the lighting, how to get the frig cold, what TV remotes do what, etc. Just a thought.
