Available for rent and all brand new! Fully Renovated in November 2024 and ready for guests! Welcome to Coral Sands Beach House II at Indian Rocks Beach! Your home away from home in the small beach town of Indian Rocks Beach. You will not want to leave this amazing property with a very coastal homey feel! Coastal chic on the inside and Laid back beach fun on the outside! Amazing location, 1 block to one of the best beaches in a Florida with spectacular sunsets. Lots of restaurants walking distance including French Bakery, Sandy's and 18 on the Rocks.

You will love our Margaritaville outdoor area with Tiki Bar and seating area! Relax and enjoy a drink after the beach. Great area to hang out with your friends and family!

Walk in and you will feel right at home! Our coral reef theme gives this beach house a coastal chic ambiance. Everything is new with beautiful beachy furniture. You will love the oversized sectional to relax after the beach.

Two bedrooms, each with King beds and two bathrooms with an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room for a total of 6 people occupancy. (Could accommodate an additional child.) Large walk in closet in master bedroom and dresser.

Newly renovated with all new furniture and all the comforts from home. Free WiFi and cable tv with DVR and Smart TV to connect to Netflix and Hulu. We have included a wagon filled with beach chairs, umbrella, towels and beach toys for the kids. Very clean! Park your car right in front of the unit. No stairs or long walk with luggage or groceries.

We live right here on Indian Rocks Beach! We are available for anything you may need but will always respect your time and your vacation! The property is for you and your family to enjoy!

About Indian Rocks Beach:

You will fall in love with Indian Rocks Beach!! IRB is a small town with lots of personality right in between Clearwater Beach and Saint Pete Beach. Laid back beach town with lots of restaurant options and no over crowds. Beautiful white sand beach and spectacular sunsets! Great location to explore all of our coast or just to chill and enjoy the beach.

You can take the Jolly Trolley and for $2.50 go to and from Clearwater Beach and Saint Pete Beach. There is Uber and driving in the area is very easy as Gulf Blvd. is the main road one lane each way that takes you all over the Pinellas County Coast!

As per the City of Indian Rocks Beach Guidelines and Regulations by booking this property guests agree to abide by city of Indian Rocks Beach regulations regarding occupancy levels, trash, litter, noise, parking and sea turtles. They also agree to follow county & state evacuation mandates in the event of a hurricane.

The best beach house!

This was our third year staying at their property. As always the house and property were great with just a short walk to the beach. The property owners are the best and answer any questions very quickly. The beach is the best around. The house is very comfortable and had plenty of room for my family of three and our small dog. We look forward into hopefully being able to come back next year.

Perfect beach stay

This place was perfect to celebrate my birthday with a big group of friends! Only 2 blocks from the beach, multiple restaurants and bars in walking distance, and everything we needed was in the house! Pull out couch was awesome and all the beds were super comfy. Most importantly, Nicole was very responsive and gave us all the info we needed!

We loved the location and the beach. House was nice and beach equipment was enjoyable to use for the kids. Nicole was quick to respond when we needed more towels. 2 minutes walk to the beach, clean and fresh house, fully staffed kitchen, cozy backyard - there's everything you need for a great family vacation. Minutes walk to several restaurants, each of them worth the visit.Safe and friendly neighborhood.We stayed with a 1.5 year old toddler, the host were so kind that they provided us with a sleep'n'play crib and a high chair.They also have a beach umbrella and chairs and a cart to take all this to the beach. So happy that we were lucky to book the property!

Great place- you won't be disappointed

We spent a month at this property and enjoyed every day of it. The location is ideal- a block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. You're in walking distance to a couple of restaurant/bars, a small French cafe, and local parks.The house was nice, well equipped, and very clean. The owner was very responsive. There's a small outside area with that is ideal for morning coffee or evening hang out. (And it's fenced in if you're bringing a dog). If you're looking for a clean comfortable house close to the beach this it. You won't be disappointed.
