Located facing the sea, the 65 m2 apartment with balcony enjoys breathtaking views of the bay of Concarneau and the Glénan Archipelago, a stone's throw from the covered market, shops, restaurants, the Ville Close and the ledge with its beaches.
It consists of an equipped kitchen, a living room, a TV lounge with a very comfortable convertible sofa, a bedroom with dressing room adjoining the shower room, wc and storage cupboard. For your comfort the household linen is provided (bed, bathroom, kitchen)

It was stunning. The pictures online are 100% genuine and the flat is to a very high standard. Nivole and Jean Yves are warm harted and welcoming, with an orientation to service, which some 5Star Hotels do not have. Thank you for the great time.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer wunderbaren Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick auf den Atlantik.Die Gastgeber Nicole und Jean-Yves sind ganz zauberhafte und hilfsbereite Menschen.Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig gestaltet, mit einer modernen Küche und hochwertigen Geräten, einem großen Esszimmer, einem Wohn-/Fernsehzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bad. Hier kann man sich sehr wohl fühlen. Ich kann diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung mit phantastischem Blick auf den Atlantik

Die Wohnung "Balcon bleu" kann man nur als hervorragend bewerten. Der Wohnbereich ist individuell und geschmackvoll gestaltet mit phantastischem Blick über/durch das blaue Balkongitter auf den Atlantik. Die Küche ist modern eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Schlafbereich ist über etwas wackelige Stufen zu erreichen und verfügt über sehr gute Betten und viel Stauraum. Die Gastgeber Nicole und Jean-Yves, die den schräg unter der Wohnung befindlichen Imbiss "La Corniche" betreiben, waren stets freundlich und um unser Wohl besorgt. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Concarneaus - u.a. Les Halles, La Ville close, Restaurend LAmiral (Kommissar Dupin) - sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine sehr zu empfehlende Wohnung v.a. für Gäste, die Stil und Atmosphäre zu schätzen wissen. Joachim Weyer (13 Nächte im Juni 2025)

Logieren in Kommissar Dupins Wohnung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns auf Englisch mit allen Informationen versorgt. Danke! Unsere 4 Nächte haben wir hervorragend geschlafen und so ausgeruht unsere Unternehmungen starten können. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die moderne Küche bietet alles, was man brauchen kann. Von Küche und Wohnraum aus hat man jederzeit einen herrlichen Blick auf den Atlantik. Wunderbar! Das Schlafzimmer ist groß und mit einem bequemen Bett, wenn auch mit einer Bettdecke-die allerdings sehr groß ist- und mit Schränken mit viel Stauraum versehen. Erst beim Lesen eines Reiseführers haben wir entdeckt, dass wir im Drehort einer Krimiserie wohnen, Kommissar Dupins erste Wohnung in Concarneau.

Cosy, calme... et la mer

Dans le salon bien calé dans les coussins du fauteuil, les doigts de pieds en éventail sur l'appui de la fenêtre, situation parfaite pour contempler la mer à l'infini et se détendre et se reposer. Aux Balcons Bleu, oubliez votre véhicule durant le séjour : toute la ville se visite à pied, on se rend au restaurants à pied, on va au marché couvert à pied. Quant à l'appartement, propre, net, avec une cuisine pour gastronomes, un petit salon cosy, une chambre avec une literie impeccable et des rangements immenses. Et puis, ce CALME ! Oui, ce CALME !!! (n'oublions pas nos hôtes, sympathiques et attentionnés).

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable! L'appartement est très très bien situé à Concarneau, pour moi le meilleur emplacement si vous aimez la mer et aussi profiter du port et des commerces. Appartement calme et très agréable et à l'état général et la propreté en particulier irréprochable ! Et je ne parle pas de nos hôtes Nicole et Jean Yves qui sont tout simplement charmants et attentionnés !

Wunderschönes, großes, sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes und gepflegtes Appartment am Boulevard Bugainvilla direkt am Meer. Hochwertige Ausstattung. Kücheneinrichtung perfekt. Cidre zur Begrüßung. Wir empfehlen das Appartement der Familie Le Roux sehr. Tolle Lage am Atlantik und nur wenige Schritte vom Zentrum Concarneaus. Die Wohnung ist komplett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Unbedingt die Baguettes der Bar Corniche probieren!

Magical location, amazing hosts

Nous avons loué cet appartement pendant quatre jours et sommes arrivés un jour avant la tempête Ciaran, donc, nous avons décidé de partir tôt et avons été très déçus. Wir können jedem diese Wohnung bestens empfehlen. Die Lage mit dem Blick zum Meer ist einmalig und die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist modern und hat alles was man braucht. Nicole und Jean-Ives sind perfekte Gastgeber und sind immer schnell zu erreichen. Danke an die beiden auf diesem Wege noch einmal. Nous pouvons recommander cet appartement à tout le monde. L’emplacement avec vue sur la mer est unique et l’appartement est très joliment décoré. La cuisine est moderne et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nicole et Jean-Ives sont des hôtes parfaits et sont toujours rapides à joindre. Merci à tous les deux encore de cette façon.
