Ground floor: Living / dining room, separate fitted kitchen, terrace and garage, WC, and a shower room with shower for beach lifts.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with double bed (2 beds in 140 and 2 beds in 160) including 3 bedrooms with water points, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds in 90, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with tub and shower.
WIFI access
Small animal only accepted. Non smoking accommodation.

Habitation dans son jus... Il ne faut pas chercher une trop belle déco... Malgré tout maison très agréable avec des chambres spacieuses munies d'un cabinet de toilette.Par contre attention, une chambre avec des lits superposés (à savoir car non décrit dans l'annonce).Très large équipement de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine ! Il ne manque rien.La cerise sur le gâteau c'est la proximité du centre-ville.Nous reviendrons !!!

Maison spacieuse au centre ville

Maison très très bien équipée et très spacieuse très bon emplacement centre ville , dommage que les meubles sont vieux mais très bien pour un petit séjour en plein centre du touquet , tout est à côté bonne boulangerie au bout poissonnerie excellent un petit casino rien à dire à refaire l an prochain merci

Maison très vieille ne correspondant pas au descriptif pas d’ustensiles de cuisine ( ex pas de poêle

Arrivée rapide faite par la SERGIC Une fois que je me suis rendue compte que la télé ne fonctionnait pas j’ai appelé l’agence qui m’a fait patiente jusque lundi pour finalement ne pas trouver de solution Le ménage était mal fait La literie inconfortable J’ai passé mon temps à la SERGIC pour finalement devoir supporter le problème de la télé et je dois attendre 3h la venue du technicien free qui n’est jamais venu comme le contrat était résiliée de la box Pas de vacances un cauchemar avec un départ anticipé

Gute Lage, Probleme mit Service und Sauberkeit

Leider war über die gesamte Mietdauer anders als im Inserat versprochen kein Internet verfügbar. Auf Seiten des Vermieters waren keine ernsthaften Bemühungen erkennbar, etwas daran zu ändern. Das Haus selbst empfing uns mit durchdringendem Fäkalgeruch (offensichtlich wurde über Wochen nicht nach dem Objekt gesehen, die Geruchsverschlüsse waren komplett ausgetrocknet). Im Kühlschrank haben wir verdorbene Lebensmittel vorgefunden, in fast allen Schränken waren abgelaufene Lebensmittel gelagert, es war kaum Platz für eigene Lebensmittel. Daneben gab es ein Problem mit Insekten. Das Haus ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig (abblätternde Farbe, sich ablösende Tapete in mehreren Räumen, ramponierte Möbel, Geruchsprobleme im Schlafzimmer). Leider hat der Vermieter auf unsere Beschwerden bislang nicht reagiert, Kundenzufriedenheit scheint ihm nicht besonders wichtig zu sein.

La situation idéale

La maison est loin du style touquetois et est hélas dans 'son jus'. Les plus : - Localisation idéale proche mer /commerces sans les désagréments - grande idéale 6 personnes voir 8 - équipement plutôt complet même si plutôt vieillot - le garage Les moins : Un gros rafraîchissement à prévoir. Literie de faible qualité Manque d assises partie salon si nombreux. En résumé, une grande maison bien placée mais qui a besoin d un coup de frais. Le prix est en conséquence donc cela reste une location intéressante.
