Experience luxury and comfort in this clean and contemporary historic home in beautiful Gainesville, Florida. Living Room, Kitchen, Dining room, 2 bedrooms separated by bathroom & additional bedroom

Very cute and cozy!

The biggest perk to our house is LOCATION! Wake up, roll out of bed and walk to the University of Florida. Go Gators!



The Space:

House is located right across the street from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium and Alumni Hall. Great location. Cute, Cozy quiet house with wood floors, 2 queen size beds, 1 full size bed, 1 full bathroom, Kitchen, Dining/Living area, parking for up to 2 cars.



Guest Access:

Use the whole house.

Quiet. Ideal location right across the street from Ben Griffin Stadium/O'Connell Center

Ideal Place to Stay

My family and I stayed at this gem of a house to be in close proximity to UF sporting events. It was even closer than I pictured and the convenience made our trip so much more enjoyable. The house was clean and comfortable too! We will definitely reserve again soon.

Perfect for games and graduations

We stayed at this cute and cozy cottage for our sons law school graduation. It was the perfect location! Just a short walk to his graduation. We were able to gather with our small family and sleep comfortably. When we come back for games or a trip to Gainesville, we will certainly stay here!

Awesome Location!!

This location is perfect for access to campus. Just a block from the stadium so we were able to just park the car and walk for our entire stay. Jamie was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Perfect work getaway

Me and my friends booked this property with the plan to get away from our respective jobs and breathe. We loved this property. Jamie really helped us out and worked with our schedule. The property was clean and orderly. I had zero complaints.
