15 minutes by car from the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, Villeneuve-Loubet.

Kitchen with fridge, two hotplates, a sofa bed and bunk beds. Shower room, separate WC, cupboard.
Terrace with table and 4 chairs, on the ground floor. Access to the villa pool: 12 meter pool with salt electrolysis.
