Charming little house in a large garden

YOU WILL BE THE ONLY OCCUPANTS OF THIS SMALL HOUSE, AND THE GARDEN IS LARGE.
The garden and pool are usually for your exclusive use, as the second bedroom is very rarely rented out
This small house includes: a 17 m² double bedroom, a shower and sink (separate toilet), and a small kitchenette with a dining area. Plenty of spots to relax in the garden. AIR CONDITIONING.

The Saint Jean area is a special part of Grasse—sparsely built-up, very quiet, and featuring large green spaces. L’Olivaie is a large, flower-filled garden with terraced plots planted with olive trees and cypresses, set amid a typical Mediterranean landscape. There are many trees—here an arbor, there a gazebo—and a few benches where it’s lovely to sit and daydream..... a little further on, a stream.... The house is a late 17th-century sheepfold—one of those houses said to have a soul.....
The Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 30 minutes away, and Saint-Paul-de-Vence is 40 minutes away. The coast, Cannes, or Antibes are 30 minutes away (20 minutes at night...). The Verdon Gorge is 1 hour and 30 minutes away. The town of Grasse, still today the world capital of perfumes, just a few minutes from L’Olivaie, offers many points of interest: the fascinating Perfume Museum, the Fragonard Museum, the perfumeries—which open their doors to visitors free of charge—and several other treasures in the heart of the old town

The room, with its decidedly contemporary decor, a spacious shower, and a separate bathroom, is located in a small house separate from the main building,
The bedding is new and comfortable (one of the rooms features a 2-meter-long bed). All high-quality linens are provided.

Breakfast can be served upon request for €15 for two people.
