wonderful vacation

We stayed there for two weeks and had a wonderful stay, the weather was great too. The house and the pool are a dream, we didn't miss anything. The communication was great, unfortunately the time went by much too quickly, we will definitely be back. Thank you Armel and Tony

Fantastic holiday

Thank you Armel for a wonderful stay. The house was really clean, very comfortable for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and 13). Pool amazing (heated and with sun loungers at the side with a really helpful sturdy parasol for shade). We cooked our own food throughout our stay and the kitchen had everything in it that we needed. House is within walking distance of the boulangerie and small supermarket. Armel has been very accommodating over the last 14 months with us having to delay our trip from summer 2020 due to Covid 19, and very communicative over more recent weeks when there was yet again uncertainty about whether our trip could go ahead. Would highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée et bien située pour profiter du massif de l'Esterel et de la côte d'Azur. Quel plaisir de profiter de la piscine et terrain de boule apres de belles journées d'excursion ! Accueil chaleureux, maison propre, domaine résidentiel tres calme avec commerces de proximité, tout était parfait ! À réserver sans hésitation !

Das Haus ist wirklich grandios und bietet alles, was man benötigt im bekannten mediterranen Stil. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber sehr schön gelegen und mit dem Auto auch sehr einfach zu erreichen. Sehr abwechslungsreiche Umgebung. Der Pool und Garten sind super sauber, werden gut gepflegt. Auch Check-In/Check-Out sind reibungslos gelaufen - trotz meiner mangelnden französisch Kenntnisse. Alle haben sich super wohl gefühlt !

Un séjour au calme... mitigé.

La maison est très bien située au sein de Domaine du Caloussu, emplacement au calme sans vis à vis. Attention cependant, la piscine n'est pas chauffée contrairement à ce que laisse paraître le titre de l'annonce. Ceci dit, elle est bien exposée, mais avec un bébé, une piscine chauffée fait la différence selon la météo... La propreté de la vaisselle est à revoir complètement. Nous avons été écœurés de trouver des assiettes et saladiers sales dans les meubles de rangement. Le lave vaisselle étant très fatigué, nous avons donc fait la vaisselle à la main. Je passe aussi les verres entartrés depuis un moment. Encore une confort en moins. Enfin la literie est peu confortable, c'est dommage. La durée du check out mériterait d'être revue, cela éviterait ce type de désagréments, comme le mentionne un autre commentaire daté de 3 ans : il ne faut pas compter sur le ménage fait par les locataires... Nous aurions apprécié également une présentation beaucoup moins succincte du logement, et éventuellement des environs (commerces, lieux à voir, sécurité de la piscine ?).

Super séjour

Villa au calme, pleine de charme, bien agencée. Tout y était, même le soleil. Proche des sentiers de randonnées avec les rochers de Roquebrune, proche de la mer, proche de sites magnifiques a visiter comme Fréjus, Monaco, Bagnols en foret, st Tropez, Grasse .... Proche des premiers commerces de proximité. Belles prestations. Piscine magnifique sans vis a vis. Très confortable.

Vacances détente en famille à Roquebrune

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'acceuil était très sympa. Tony a réagi très vite en cas de problemès. La maison est chaleureuse et fonctionnelle. La piscine est très agréable, sans vis-à-vis. En résumé, nous recommandons cette maison et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. La maison est bien située et l'endroit est calme. La piscine est très agréable. Seul bémol, la maison mériterait un entretien approfondi et régulier. Il ne faut pas compter sur un ménage des locataires.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen. Leider sprach der Ansprechpartner vor Ort ausschliesslich franzoesisch und keine andere Sprache. Das hat den Gesamturlaub aber nicht beeintraechtigt.

Gute Ausstattung des Hauses. Trotz verspäteter Anreise war die Schlüsselübergabe bestens organisiert. Zum Empfang gab es eine gekühlte Flasche Wein sowie ein Geschenkkorb mit heimischen Produkten.

We spent a very enjoyable two weeks at Armels villa in La Bouverie. The villa is located in a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood approximately half a mile from the centre of the village where there are a variety of small shops including an excellent bakery. The description and photographs are accurate, the villa is very clean and pleasant and included bedding and towels, which were of a good standard. Armels speaks good English and was very helpful. We would not hesitate in recommending this villa for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Une semaine dans cette maison vraiment au top. Très propre, tout équipée, superbe piscine qui a ravi toute la famille. Pas de vis à vis, endroit très calme. Très bon accueil de Tony. cadeau de bienvenue apprécié. Pas très loin des issambres où nous avons pris le bateau pour St-Tropez, à 50 minutes de Marineland... Finalement assez proche de la côte d'azur tout en étant plutôt tranquille à l'écart.

CALME ET TRANQUILITE

Superbe maison bien agencée, bonne literie, très bel extérieur avec une magnifique piscine sans vis-à-vis. Accueil très sympa avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue. Endroit très bien situé pour visiter l'arrière pays ou la côte d'Azur, à 1heure 30 de Menton. Sans oublier la proximité du centre de la Bouverie (10 minutes à pied) ou vous trouvez commerces et restaurants très sympathiques. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances.Merci pour cette belle semaine, nous pensons certainement y revenir

Location à recommander sans aucune hésitation!

Nous venons de passer une excellente semaine dans la maison de Monsieur Garnier et son épouse. La maison est conforme à la description et aux photos: elle est décorée avec goût, bien entretenue et fonctionnelle. Les enfants, comme les parents, ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine! Monsieur Garnier s'est montré très disponible et de bons conseils. L'accueil de Corinne et Tony était, quant à lui, très sympa. Nous avons également apprécié la localisation de la maison permettant d'accéder facilement aux plages mais aussi au Rocher de Roquebrune ou à l'arrière pays. Une de nos meilleures locations! Merci!
