Newly renovated 1700 sqft 3 bedroom 2 bath single family pool home in very nice sidewalk community of East Naples. This property sits only a few miles from 5th Avenue and the beautiful beaches of Naples Florida. Great getaway spot between Naples and Marco Island!

We spent a wonderful month of March at Keith’s lovely property! He’s a terrific host, happy to offer great recommendations for things to do and places to visit, but not at all intrusive……just available by text if needed. The house is adorable, fully furnished with everything you could possibly need, decorated in a “beachy theme” with a great screen-enclosed pool and an outdoor kitchen with grill, fireplace and TV, even furnished with an amenity basket and wine in the wine cooler! Our multigenerational family found it perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!

The greatest. Host always available. House is wonderful. Clean, comfortable, convenient and well cared for. Neighborhood is the best. Loved the printer, shredder and clothes line! Easy to conduct my live away from home and the house is very pretty with all the shiplap/ wainscoting.

Nice weather

Needs some additional lighting, a fan in living room, and a new fridge with a working ice maker. Also needs some door stops to prevent wall damage.

Originally from Cincinnati I moved to Naples in 2010 absolutely fell in love with the area . I've managed properties in the area for the last 9 years and really enjoy being a host. The best part of my job is dealing with guest who are generally in a great mood. It's paradise!

Why they chose this property

The home offers a very tranquil atmosphere. The large sliding doors allow the tropical breeze to flow threw the house. The home sits towards the shallow end of a lake which is a prime habitat for many water birds and even a family of otters (no gators:). Guest enjoy the proximity to downtown and the safe sidewalk community. We are a community attached to the Greenway which is great spot to bike ride with no worries of cars. The home is an easy bike ride to the Naples Botanical Garden, Brewery, US Open Pickelball Stadium and Celebration Park (food truck village).

What makes this property unique

The home has been designed to entertain with many indoor and outdoor seating and dining areas. In the winter months guest enjoy watching TV from the heated salt water pool which is only steps off the large sliding doors. The southern exposure provides all day sun. The backyard is very private with lush mature landscaping surrounding.
