PLANNING AHEAD FOR THE SUMMER

Villa Caldogno is located in the upscale Sereno section of the gated community of Briarwood, just a few miles from downtown Naples and the white-sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a heated swimming pool and spa, cable television in the great room and each of the 4 spacious bedrooms as well.

There are two master suites - one with a king bed and one with a queen - each with an en-suite bath and each with private access to the pool area. In the first master suite bath, there's even a European bidet.

Of the other two bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. There is a summer kitchen with a wrought-iron dinner table with seating for 6.

Deck-side lounges and chairs and a breakfast table round out your outdoor conveniences around the pool. Inside, an HE washer and dryer keep your clothes clean and in the best condition. In the fully stocked kitchen you'll find a toaster, a toaster oven, a waffle maker, coffee pot, crock pot and a full complement of pots, pans, flatware, dishes and glasses, including plastic ones for safe poolside use.

Outside, there is a spacious. As a bonus, there's a lemon tree and an avocado tree that has beautiful fruit throughout much of the year -- you're welcome to help yourself.

PLEASE NOTE: This home is equipped with the RING Video Front Door Doorbell. This system will be disabled upon your arrival and reactivated upon your departure..

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns seine komfortable Villa in perfektem Zustand und großzügiger Ausstattung überlassen hat. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Die räumliche Aufteilung war für unsere internationale Familie unterschiedlichen Alters ideal. Exceed our expectations

I can’t express how amazing our stay at this home was. Very spacious for our family of 5 during our month long stay. The way house is split up for privacy was perfect for 5 adults. The neighborhood is beautifully kept, pristine actually. The host/owner was beyond amazing to work with, always available for a question and very quick to respond (and also gave great suggestions for restaurants and activities). The pool and hot tub area is so inviting and relaxing, we spend hours enjoying it. The kitchen was generously stocked with cooking gadgets and accessories. The lemon tree in the yard was icing on the cake. Fresh lemons daily and they were delicious and juicy. We cannot wait to plan our next trip (and we hope to be able to return to this beautiful home). This stay has convinced us that our retirement plan will include a home in Naples.

Terrific property and trip!

This property was an amazing find! The pool area is spectacular and there are always areas of shade and sun during the day for whatever you prefer. The hot tub was large and very relaxing. The layout of the house is fantastic especially if you have two groups of adults. The true master suite is very private but there is another master suite (albeit smaller) on the opposite side of the house. Great kitchen with pretty much everything you would need - lots of glassware, plates, and multiple ways to make coffee. The location is really accessible to so many things. We would vacation here again in a heartbeat!

We couldn’t have found a better home, amenities & hosts for our Covid holiday shelter! Robt & Kay & their home exceeded our expectations and made our 30+ day getaway the best! The size of all the rooms & living spaces with kitchen were stellar. Briarwood amenities w/tennis, pickle, basketball & sport court were amazing! Robt was extremely responsive. Familienurlaub in der Villa Caldogno

Wir hatten die Villa Caldogno im Juli/August für 5 Wochen gemietet. Das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet und hatte ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, sodass man sich auch einmal zurückziehen konnte. Alles, was man bei einem so langen Aufenthalt braucht, war vorhanden, ebenso Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Wir kannten die Anlage Briarwood von früheren Aufenthalten. Da wir diesmal im Sommer da waren, war natürlich mit Regen zu rechnen. Der hielt sich jedoch in Grenzen. Für den Strand war es an manchen Tagen zu heiß, so dass wir lieber unsere Zeit am und im Pool verbrachten, insbesondere die Kinder. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war mehr als freundlich. Unsere Anfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Am letzten Tag konnten wir im Haus bleiben bis es Zeit war, nach Fort Myers zum Flug zu fahren. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verlebt und wären alle gerne länger geblieben. Wir werden die Villa C. jederzeit weiter empfehlen. 5 Sterne!! Heinz und Waltraud Baur

We spent almost two weeks in this lovely, well-equipped home. All of the homes in the neighborhood are beautifully landscaped, and we enjoyed walking the sidewalks every day. The swimming pool and especially the hot tub were terrific.

Great location, great living space and well laid out. Great spa and pool and lanai area - very private. Beds were comfortable. Wifi issues so that is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. I would highly recommend this property and owner.
