Welcome to the aptly named “A More Perfect View” offering incredible Gulf and town views from a stylish and modern residence. The prime location of A More Perfect view the ease and convenience for all aspects of your Seaside vacation – shopping, dining and beach-loving!

This home also offers its guests a completely renovated unit which has recently been converted from a one-bedroom to a two-and-a-half-bath penthouse with an entirely new kitchen, updated baths and new furnishings. Located above Seaside’s Town Square, guests can enjoy the famous Ama Vida coffee shop located in the building’s first floor lobby. A private elevator to the third floor will bring you directly to the entrance of the unit where you will discover the shared outdoor living area that has also recently been updated with new furnishings, also offering Gulf views.

Upon entry to the first floor of the home, you will find a spacious, open floor plan including the custom renovated kitchen, dining and living areas as well as a balcony and powder room. The kitchen features the latest induction stovetop and appliances along with an island with seating for two. The living area has a large, wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV, upgraded high-speed internet service, a queen sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, and a dining table with seating for six. The balcony, adjacent to the living area, features a bar top table and Adirondack seating for two overlooking Seaside’s town square. Look out over the Seaside Amphitheater for entertainment, people-watching, shops, and restaurants with bonus Gulf views for anytime-enjoyment! Also enjoy the incredible sunsets over Seaside from your private balcony.
A staircase to the second level leads to a private master suite with a cozy window nook perfect for curling up with a great book and enjoying the town and Gulf views. You’ll also find a TV entertainment center and closet storage in the master bedroom adjacent to the beautiful, new, and spacious master bathroom with walk-in shower. A second twin bunk room is also on this level with a private bath featuring a tub/shower combo accommodating two more guests.

Also on this level is a private, open-air rooftop patio with two lounge chairs perfect for relaxing before or after your day at the beach. Lastly, just steps to the beach by way of the architecturally-famous Seaside Coleman Pavilion, A More Perfect View offers way more than just a fabulously remodeled unit! For “A More Perfect” getaway, guests will delight in the prime location and sleek, new feel of this pristine residence in the heart of Seaside!

This unit does not have an assigned parking spot, but parking (on a first-come-first-serve basis) is available behind the 25 Central Square building. This unit receives one parking pass. Additional vehicles can pay the daily rate to park in the paid parking areas.There is a secure keypad elevator to the third-floor entry.

I prefer seclusion to crowds but I'm old and stuck in my ways.The condo was really nice, the management company does a great job in communicating and responding and we have no complaints at all and highly recommend using them.Our daughter had a great time and that's why we went.

Reviewer Comments: We arrived a couple of hours prior to check-in on Sunday, but the staff went out of their way to bring us all of our passes so we could enjoy Seaside amenities while we waited. Aside from the incredibly hot and humid weather, our little mini vacation was perfect, and we can’t wait to return. When we do, we will likely book the same unit. Not only was it comfortable and spotless, the location can’t be beat!
