In a secure residence (security guard in the evening and all night), located at the water's edge, the 28 m2 studio is on the 1st floor with a balcony offering a breathtaking panoramic sea view.
Access to a private beach and a swimming pool on the garden side.
The residence is close to many shops within walking distance.

The air-conditioned apartment is equipped with a kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave grill, washing machine, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, 80 cm flat screen TV, wireless Internet, TNT and Orange TV, Blue Ray DVD player, beach chairs, bed linen, table linen, towels and beach towels provided, hairdryer, 160X200 bed, very comfortable 160X200 sofa bed, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, many storage cupboards.
On arrival, a person from the residence will welcome you and give you the keys. She will be there if need be.

Arriving time
The studio is available from 3 p.m., please notify us by phone if your flight is late or delayed. Possibility to arrive earlier depending on availability and on request: 35 euros.

Departure time
Departures are before 11am. A late departure (7 p.m. maximum) is possible depending on availability and on request: 35 euros.

Animals
Only small dogs (less than 6 kg) are authorized with supplement, the request must be made at the time of booking.
Additional deposit of 100 euros per animal.
