My name is villa EPICURE, I am brand new, and nicely fitted out!
My atmosphere is cosy, I am decorated with a certain taste, and contemporary.
Let yourself be charmed; I am composed on the ground floor, with an entrance leading to my fully equipped American kitchen, a bright living room with a view of the Balinese-style swimming pool, and the veranda for your relaxation and dining areas.
A bathroom with an Italian shower.
Upstairs, you will find, a bathroom with an Italian shower, a balcony, four bedrooms, three are equipped with double beds and one including 2 children's beds.
All my rooms are air-conditioned.
My garden is fully enclosed, in a quiet neighbourhood, two minutes walk from the superb secured lagoon of Saline les bains.

location idéale
la situation, la tranquillité, le fait que la maison soit récente c'est très agréable, le jardin la petite piscine, en fait tout j'ai adorée la rapidité d'intervention de l'agence
l'équipement ménager lave vaisselle à revoir, vous vous pourriez mettre un cuit vapeur (pour les bouchons) un nouveau balais (balais cassé) aspirateur par top pour le niveau de location, lave linge il manque des programmes courts 3 H c'est long.... mais tout cela ne change en rien les supers vacances passées dans cette villa se ne sont que des petits plus......

Belle villa, le choix pour le design n'est pas toujours fonctionnelle, table à chaise haute, ensemble cuisine noir très salissant, escalier superbe mais il ne faut pas oublier des choses dans les chambres. . Un peu encaissé dans le lotissement. Fermeture des portail un peu fastidieux.
