About this property

Big Easy Comfort Stay

Our home is over 40 years old in great condition, clean and well maintained by the owner. Nice and friendly neighbors. Walking distance from regional transportation service. The three bedrooms a full size bathroom, large living room. The kitchen has a table for six, gas stove, refrigerator, dish washer and microwave for your convention, a large gated backyard, off street parking, central air/heat, internet, phone-line, security system and outside lighting outside. Have a great time in the Big Easy.

The property owner double booked it intentionally

The property manager double booked the property and then claimed I did not complete the reservation. Luckily VRBO was able to get involved and prove I had. We will see if she gives me a refund for a place I never got to use. Ruined the entire trip as New Orleans was sold out for the final four and we had to stay in Biloxi over and hour and 1/2 away

Mr. Jerry was refund his money for the booking. It appeared that Mr. Jerry withdrawn request his for the dates requested. The home was not available afterward. The representative for Vrbo understood the situation and cancelled his request. While speaking with Mr. Jerry, I apologise for the inconvenience but the email stated withdrawn request. There was no intention for double booking and yes it was the weekend of the Final Four Event.
