Single storey villa of 110 m² + 25 m² studio on 1100 m² of garden. The house consists of a large living room with American kitchen of 50m² with a high ceiling height of 6.5m. A private 4x9m salt pool is at your disposal. All the advantages of the countryside while being close to the city center of Aix en Provence, bus stop nearby. Many outdoor games are available (boules court, table tennis, badminton, etc.).
