Comfortable renovated apartment, located in a small building with character and calm, ideal for families or for two couples.

The apartment includes: a bedroom (2 single beds), a living room with a quality sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen / dining room and a shower room.

The accommodation has private parking at the foot of the building.

The BIG ASSET of this apartment is the proximity to the large Val-André beach, located one block away, 50 m (1 min walk).

The center of the resort, its small shops are a 5-minute walk away, you can access it safely and with an exceptional panorama, via the large dike which runs along the large beach.
You can also enjoy various and varied activities such as a stroll at the port of Dahouët, a moment of relaxation at the marine SPA, at the Casino or at the cinema, a game on the magnificent Golf course or a getaway with the nautical center.

This apartment is very pleasant to live in and its owners will be delighted to welcome you and advise you if you wish (outings, restaurants, activities ...) in order to make your stay on our beautiful Breton coast as pleasant as possible.

Parfait séjour

Nous nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une location qui correspond en tout point à l'annonce Abritel. Un logement qui est vraiment à 50 m de la mer, bien aménagé avec des gens charmants: tant les voisins que les propriétaires. Nous recommandons vivement cette location qui nous a apporté un vrai dépaysement pour d'excellentes vacances.

Tout est à disposition. L'appartement est refait à neuf avec beaucoup de goût. Tres propre. Les matelas confortables. Les placards remplis que ce soit dans la cuisine ou pour les produits menagers. Je n'avais jamais vu ça dans une location saisonnière et c'est tres appréciable. Le propriétaire disponible et très sympathique. Tres bien situé. Je recommande sans hésiter cette location.

Tout est à l'identique de la présentation du logement. Il est vrai que pour 1 adulte (voire deux) et deux ados, cela peut sembler exigu mais il n'en est rien pour une famille. L'objectif étant d'avoir un pied à terre et de bouger, le logement est parfait. Ultra complet, des propriétaires au top avec leurs conseils, nous avons passé de très belles vacances. Merci...

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le propriétaire a été charmant, et à notre arrivée, nous a fait visité les lieux. Nous avons pu constaté le très bon état de l'appartement ainsi que son niveau d'équipement élevé. En outre, la proxomité de la mer est un plus.
