It was PERFECT!!!! The home, the location, the neighbors!!! And a 4 min walk to Starbucks and thee best grocery store!!! AND….the bikes the chairs, ALLLL the beach stuff you could EVER need….. I had a couple of questions and the owner answered immediately!!!I just can’t say enough…..

Fantastic rental for family & friends

Fantastic rental on all aspects; location, layout, beach accessories & cleanliness. No need for a car, which makes a beach stay even more relaxing. Easy walk or bike to the beach, coffee shop, & grocery store. The owner is always just a text away & responds quickly if needed. We will definitely be back!

Great location on a quiet street. Well maintained beautiful home. 3 blocks to the beach and 3 blocks to the grocery store.

We are a family of 4 that bought this home in 2019 for the purpose of using it as a vacation rental. Our full time residence is about 45 minutes away and we use the property occasionally when it is not being rented. We come with experience with vacation rentals as we also have a home in La Quinta, CA in the Palm Springs area. We have always lived in Southern California and couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

Why they chose this property

There are so many things that attracted us to this house when we decided to purchase it. We love the proximity to the beach and that it is walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The home itself is in pristine condition and the stackable doors make the downstairs so much larger than it actually is.

What makes this property unique

The stackable doors truly makes indoor/outdoor living a reality. The TV in the family room pulls out and swings towards the patio. We have outdoor heaters and a firepit if it gets a little chilly. We have outdoor speakers to set the mood. The street is one way and cars cannot park on our side of the street, which is amazing. Our street has a crosswalk to the beach. And everything you could want is walking distance to the house.
