About this property

BEAUTIFULLY CONDO IN LEGENDS GOLF RESORT

This beautiful condo has been our home for the last 10 years and it is now available for guests to retreat to the blue skies and warm airs of Myrtle Beach.

As you drive up the winding road of Legends Drive you are greeted by the magnificent, castle-like clubhouse of Legends Resort. For the golf enthusiast there are three challenging, unique golf courses, along with a 30 acres lighted driving range and 1 acre putting green. Legends is the home of The Classic Swing Golf School, ranked a top 25 golf school in America. If relaxing is more of your scene, Legends Resort has multiple pools, but the pool pass will only work for the designated area that also happens to have a hot tub. Or if you're in the mood for nature enjoy the walking trails and tennis courts. Alisa Pub is within walking distance from the condo where you can relax after a day in the sun sipping on your favorite cocktail.

The unit has its own entrance. Once you enter the unit there will be approximately 12 steps before reaching the main level. The two bedroom, two bathroom condo has a tasteful, modern twist. The inviting main living area is spacious enough to accommodate everyone in your group. The kitchen is well equipped with all the dishes, glassware, pots and pan that you will need, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice maker and much more. There are two dining area; a smaller bar top table in the kitchen nook and a bigger dining room table to host your family dinners. The master bedroom has two queen beds and the second bedroom has one queen bed. Every room is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player & wireless internet. Ample linens and towels are provided, there is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. The best feature of this condo is the cozy, screened in porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

Just outside of the resort you will find a wide variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and the famous Tanger Outlets for those who have the shopping bug. Less than 10 miles away you will find the gorgeous blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean, Broadway at the Beach, SkyWheel, Pavilion Park, WonderWorks, Ripley's Aquarium, and much more. The Myrtle Beach International airport is a 15 minute drive away with many airlines offering budget friendly direct flights. Some of our favorite activities that are a little further away include, Huntington State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, The Marshwalk at Murrells Inlet, Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, La Belle Amie Vineyard, Downtown Conway, and Market Commons.

Property was clean. On a nice golf course. Very safe area. A bit out-of-the-way for what we had planned for the weekend. My only complaint was that the pillows and beds were extremely uncomfortable. We had plastic on our bed and every time we turned over it crinkled. Would’ve been nice to just simply have a mattress cover over the top of it. Pillows were very flat. Otherwise, the property was very nice for the value and the community it as in. Gated community which was walkable and safe with a nice onsight Pool.

Great and lovely location near to everything but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. Home is beautiful, well appointed, and very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host and the property manager was excellent and they handled whatever questions we had in a very timely manner. There's a pub about a 1/2 mile down the road in the neighborhood so made it convenient for a dinner out. We'll be returning on our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Everything was great. I would suggest better towels. the ones we had were very old and threadbare. I would suggest some keurig cups / tea is a nice touch. Otherwise you provided soap and shampoo which was helpful.

The couch was very dirty The frame on the couch is given in the dining room chairs. The legs is weak and about to break, but other than that it was it was OK just made it hard to enjoy the TV in the living room. I wouldn’t sit on all those things, I didn’t like all those stairs. I didn’t read that there was stairs. I would never took that. I’m 75. I don’t do stairs, but the place was in a good location. I enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool.

The condo was very clean and easy to access. It was only 20 minutes from the beach and super close to shopping outlet which was a plus! The only negative was we couldn’t find pool towels for the pool so maybe bring your own if you come! Otherwise a perfect stay !

Just meh...The property was okay overall, but it fell well short of expectations. Several furniture pieces were old, sunken in, and uncomfortable, and the carpet had visible stains. We also found some dead bugs, both floor lamps in the living room were broken, and light bulbs were missing from the bathroom fixtures.What bothered us most was the lack of even the most basic amenities. There was no coffee, sugar, or even a pen to write in the guest book. The entire two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit had only one small bar of soap.The property has potential, but the worn furnishings, poor upkeep, and overall cheapness made the stay disappointing. Whether the issue is the owner or the property manager, the unit is clearly not being maintained with enough care. Experiences like this make it easy to understand why some travelers are moving away from ahort term rental sitesOverall, I would rate the stay about 5 out of 10. I would not recommend staying here.

Coffee, sugar, and other pantry items are not listed amenities and are not guaranteed, although previous guests may occasionally leave them behind. We apologize for the maintenance items you noted. During peak season, with back-to-back reservations, it can be difficult to complete non-urgent repairs or deep-cleaning projects without disrupting guest stays. These items are documented and addressed as quickly as possible, with larger projects completed during our annual maintenance schedule. We’re sorry your stay didn’t fully meet your expectations, but we’re proud of our consistently positive reviews and remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented vacation rental for all of our guests.

Excellent location for golfers. Unit is large, well designed, heating and AC work fine and controlled easily with modern digital thermostat. Although the unit was cleaned before our arrival, it was not a thorough and all encompassing cleaning job. In harder to reach or out of the main sight locations the cleaner(s) didn’t do a good job. Communication with property manager was perfect until (when ready to go to bed) we discovered there was (in the closet) only 1 blanket. There were 3 of us, each in a double or queen size bed. After texting with the property manager at about 9:30-9:45pm we got 2 extra blankets the next day. However, the blankets provided were small throws rather then blankets (actually half the size of a blanket required for the size of beds existing in the unit). The place requires a bit of TLC and a facelift to take care of some of lacking conveniences (better quality towels, replacement for the mattress pads, replacement for the mattress pads the rusted dish rack and the burned out light bulbs). Things were generally ok and some things even better. As a suggestion it would be helpful to clearly indicate in the description of the unit that there is a flight of stairs to get to the living space.

The condo was exactly as described. We noticed and appreciated the cleanliness. Beds were comfortable. Wish more than one kitchen garbage bag was provided, but we made do. Overall, a great stay!

Have been staying here for the past 3 years. Clean and convenient to CCU. However each year the amenities decline. If you stay here be prepared to bring everything from hand soap to a dish sponge. The outdoor seating, dining room & counter seating has been reduced. The fridge does not have an ice maker and ice trays are not provided. The towels and beds need to be replaced as well.

Hello, thank you for the continued stay. We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. As far as soap and sponges those are always provided. The bathrooms should’ve had individual bar soaps as well as make up rags and hand soap. The dining seating has not changed the kitchen has four stools, two barstools at the bar, there’s also six dining room chairs. The outside seating has as we had two broken chairs in midseason. We will definitely get ice trays in the freezer thank you for bringing that to attention.

Location is great- close to everything! Beautiful condo. Super clean and spacious! All questions were addressed immediately. We will definitely be back ! We’d suggest more “extras” on hand- extra towels, extra toilet paper.

Baseball tournament

Great place to stay for the weekend. The TV service was not working, so it was impossible to watch tv at night. It would work for 2 minutes then stop. Bed in the main bedroom needs to be replaced, super uncomfortable. Other than that it was clean, and a good location.
