We are truly sorry you felt alone and uncared about in our home and that we never got a chance to meet and introduce ourselves. Orenna House is billed as a private accommodation and we respect the privacy of our guests and will only reach out if requested, yet we make ourselves readily available by phone, text, email or just a knock on our door as we live in a small private suite in the back of the house. I'm sorry but those strangers you mentioned were just myself and my wife Tatjana going about our daily business. Hope this helps !

We came to Calgary from Vancouver for a family trip to see our son play football. We needed a place large enough to accommodate 4 adults. I was super happy when we approached to see the most beautiful little garden. It was so natural and quaint and was a nice little surprise as we approached the house. The house was clean, very comfortable with everything we needed and more. It felt like we were at home. Tastefully decorated without being cluttered yet, it felt like your own house. The kitchen was very well kitted out. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and well maintained.Would definitely stay again.
Very well equipped in all rooms. Even on very cold days it was comfortably warm. A very comprehensive guide to all of the home’s facilities and features is provided. The home would be perfect for two couples or a family.

We very much enjoyed staying at this comfortable and well-equipped property, with its lovely little garden out front.
It is located in a quiet attractive neighbourhood, close to a fine river walk, and with several coffee shops / eateries nearby, all walking distance too if you like that sort of thing.

Tatjana and Bill have been happily married for over 30 years and raised three children in this home. With their kids now grown and out exploring their own paths, and after recently selling the veterinary clinic they ran for 30 years, they turned their energy toward creating a welcoming space for guests. The result is a spacious, beautifully appointed three-bedroom rental, alongside a cozy private apartment in back, where they now live.
Tatjana has expanded her passion project, Tana’s Pantry, while Bill continues to enjoy part-time work at a local veterinary clinic. In their free time, you’ll often find them outdoors—hiking, kayaking, camping, skiing, or foraging the nearby woods with the changing seasons. They love sharing their home, as well as their enthusiasm for the incredible natural beauty of the area.
