Stunning one bedroom condo with private deck overlooking the trout-filled Arkansas River, and is just a few blocks from historic downtown Salida and its many restaurants, shops, art galleries, parks, and outdoor riverfront amphitheater.
Recently built, this 1,300 sq. ft. condo has a firm king bed, a gourmet kitchen, and 2 decks, complete with tables and chairs.
Leave your car in the one-car garage and walk or bike anywhere you want to go in town.

Your host is a local and will either be available throughout your stay, or will designate one of her highly qualified local assistants to be your point of contact.

Want to stay in and cook? You’ll enjoy the well-equipped kitchen and dining in the spacious living area or out on the deck over the river. Or order curbside pick-up or delivery from one of Salida's many nearby restaurants. The deck has morning sunshine and afternoon shade--so it's pretty much perfect all summer long!

We are so happy we booked this condo in Salida. It was comfortable, clean, beautiful view of the river, and a short walk to downtown. We even saw a couple deer walking through the river in the morning. Great communication with the host as well. We look forward to staying here again some time!

Great Place!!

This is our second stay at this property and we can't recommend it enough for a couple who want to enjoy the Salida area. It's very nice to come home to a nice, clean space after a day of hiking, and relaxing on the deck area with a drink, a book, and a great view of Tenderfoot Mountain, as well as overlooking the Arkansas River! Communication with the host has always been great; check-in and checkout are a breeze. Ten stars!

I lost count, but this is our 8th or 9th stay at this condo, but every time now it feels like coming home. I wouldn't imagine a year without visiting. The location is fantastic, the access to the river walk is amazing. Whether you're going to just relax or if you're into all the activities Salida has to offer, you can't go wrong staying at this condo.

The condo was perfect for our stay asn as advertived overlooked the Arkansas River. I don't mean to be critical, but you asked so, it took a long while to cool the condo after arrival and the bed mattress was hard as a rock, very surprising as everything else was so upscale. But, overall, a fantasy-like location and property.

Unit was in a nice location and living area was nice. Our only complaint was the excessive spider webs on all the staircase outside and patio windows on the deck. The fencing around the outside deck had been cleaned of the webs except one window. Gnats were between screen and door. So you couldn’t leave screen open or they would come in the unit. The fourth night there were gnats under the front entry lights were thick.We kept the ac on and door shut so gnats were minimum.I would stay in the unit again if the outside was cleaned and unit was cleaner. I should have mentioned the insect problem the first day.

Great Location at the Riverfront Condo in Salida

We had a great stay at the Riverfront Condo in Salida. We loved enjoying lunch or happy hour on the deck overlooking the river. And the location made getting to restaurants, attractions, and bike trails a couple blocks away very convenient. This was our second stay there, and I'm sure we will be back.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed, plus more! We especially enjoyed being close to the downtown shops and having a garage was an added bonus. The patio overlooking the river was also a great place to relax and enjoy nature. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope we can return next year!

Love this condo, so lovely, spacious and very comfortable. And the deck over the river is amazing. May be the most relaxing getaway ever for us! Jessica was very accommodating, altho we had no issues since everything was just about perfect for our stay in salida!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We spent most of our time on the deck watching the water and deer. It’s a short walk to town, and convenient to bike trails. I recommend the farmers market, the palisade peaches were so good! We hope to stay here again.

This condo is absolutely perfect. It is well stocked with everything you need and plenty of space to spread out. The place is immaculately clean and well kept up. Bed was comfortable and there were plenty of places to sit: couch, reading chairs, recliner, etc. Fast internet connection as my husband and I were working remotely. Communication was responsive and clear. Access was super easy. The condo has a beautiful view of the river, is close to downtown historic Salida (.4 miles), grocery store and hiking trails, and only 30 minutes from Monarch Ski area. We will definitely be staying here again!!
