Master bedroom has a king bed, television and adjoining bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen. There is not television in the guest bedroom. Third room has a double bed with a television. There is a small built in desk in the third bedroom as well. There is great wifi and a printer that works. Comes stocked with bath towels and pool towels. Pool within walking distance. There is a BBQ and heater on the patio. Wifi available.

Despite the rain, we enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s condo. The views from the patio are beautiful & fun to watch the golfers reach the green, which is directly in front of the patio. Although we did not cook, the kitchen appeared to be well-stocked. The bed in the master was good. Access to restaurants & retail was great. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Lovely stay in the desert

Spent almost 4 weeks at this bright, open condo in a great location. Beautiful views of the golf course and mountains from the patio and kitchen. Property manager was easy to communicate with & very responsive.

Great location and property in Palm Desert

We spent a month in Palm Desert, mid-February to mid-March 2025. This three bedroom house is located at the Monterey Country Club and convenient to shopping, dining and access to Palm Springs and surrounding areas. The property is well appointed and met all our needs for the month. The owner, Sarah, was responsive and very helpful. A strong recommendation for those visiting the Coachella Valley.

Great condo for a family getaway!

Our family of 4 stayed in this condo while visiting for a family reunion. The condo was clean, everything was easy to find, towels and sheets were plentiful and the sheets were so soft! We loved spending time on the patio and our kids absolutely loved the many pools in the complex. Thank you so much! We'll definitely be coming back next year!

Truly Wonderful Home on Golf Course

Bright, cheery, clean and comfortable. Very contemporary unit, with fabulous view of the mountains and Monterey Country Club course. Well appointed, with interesting art. A wonderful place to spend a week or several months. Sarah, the owner, is lovely and helpful. My first VRBO experience and I loved it.

Well managed property

We spent 5 nights here over the holidays with our toddler. The kitchen is very user friendly and the view is lovely. We enjoyed eating outside and watching the golfers. Check in and check out was easy. The owner is very easy to communicate with and both the unit and surrounding community are well maintained. If you are sensitive to morning light, only the master bedroom has a black out curtain.

Beautiful views and patio

The condo pictures and descriptions are on point. This condo is located in a secured gated community with 30+ pools available and in a quiet neighborhood with a mixture of local full time residents and other vacation renters. The real highlight for us was the outdoor patio - from watching the golfers on hole 5, to the pond with ducks swimming, to the Southern exposure of the mountains, I can confidently say we spent 80% of our time out on the patio. The host, Sarah, was available and responsive at any time which was appreciated. I'd stay here again!

gorgeous view

The master closet doors were jammed, and wouldn't move. One of the towel racks fell off, another loose. The place needed some work. They didn't reply to my suggestion that they be repaired. No wine glasses. The view though was delightful.

We are sorry that this renter experienced these minor issues. Upon looking into it, however, it was determined that the closest door had simply come off the track, and that the towel rack had come off the hook. Both issues were easily resolved in seconds. Also, wine glasses were there but located in the wine/liquor shelf. The properties prior positive reviews speak for themself.

Beautiful property with a great owner.

Sarah’s property was beautiful and very clean. It was in a gated community with security that checks cars coming in. Sarah was a great communicator! I reached out with all my questions and concerns and she was quick to respond. She also accommodated our early check in and late check out requests. The shared spaces were spacious. The photos on the listing are accurate. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was easy on the driveway and street. We didn’t make use of the community pools but it looked quite inviting. The house manual was very detailed and, again, Sarah was very easy to communicate with if anything came up. Would stay again. Thank you for everything, Sarah!

Improvement needed in maintenance, furniture and bedding.

Host tried hard, and lovely view, but needs more hands on care to make unit welcoming. Sofa and rugs worn and soiled. Sheets with holes- futon like uncomfortable beds in guest area. Washing machine made grinding noises and inner cabinets in kitchen and baths not checked and cleaned . 2 heavy concrete umbrella stands left in middle of patio. Unit outfitted with bare minimum. Needs to be refurnished and checked more frequently.

Absolutely Fabulous!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. It was super clean with a beautiful interior. The view of the golf course and mountains was gorgeous. The condo is a really good size. We only slept in the master bed, but it was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of upgrades! We are definitely going back again!!

Great condo

The owner was very responsive and the property beautiful. The location was very convenient and the amenities fun- pickle ball, pool and hot tub a short distance away. There was a handy property manual in the living room. The lighting in the family room and bedrooms is a little dark. The master bath had 2 overhead lights out. There was a strange banging noise that we couldn’t figure out. It’s the compressor from the 2nd refrigerator in the garage, which is lovely to have, but you can hear it in the master bedroom. The cleaning service left behind a basket of dirty sheets. The outside patio and furniture were pretty messy; my husband spent some time cleaning it up.

Beautiful home in gated community

Great communication with property manager . My two colleagues and I stayed in Palm Desert for a conference and the home was perfect for our stay. Beautiful views of the golf course from the back patio. We did not use any of the pools or clubhouse, but everything looked very nice. Would highly recommend the property!

Perfect desert get away

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is really nice and comfortable. The décor is clean and contemporary. Our host was terrific and made the check in process super easy. Beautiful location with a gorgeous view of the golf course. The unit is stocked perfectly with anything you might need. Great restaurants and shopping close by.
