The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach Unit C401 is a top floor Gulf front condo that is located directly on Scenic Highway 30A. It offers incredible views from the living room, kitchen and dining room with French doors in the living room opening onto a covered balcony. You can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset in privacy with an unspoiled view of the emerald coast. This complex has private beach access. Gulf Place is located just across the street. Grab a bite to eat, shop for local art, and attend concerts all in one place!

Beautiful beach and cottage setting

Great views and location in terms of access to beach and restaurants/shops. Condo could use some updating in bathroom counters/showers. Also floors/carpets could be cleaned more throughly. Other than that a great place to stay.

Ideal 30A Location

The listing shows and describes exactly what you get. The location is ideal to either walk to or a short drive to great restaurants and entertainment. The view of the beach and Gulf is gorgeous and the access to the beach is very convenient. This is a must stay and definitely a return stay the next time back to Santa Rosa Beach area.

Lovely but lacking finesse

This unit was a great value and a great location. However, the overall quality of the condo needed work. The balcony doors stuck and were difficult to open and then difficult to lock. The windows had significant weathering on the balcony. There were products left in the guest bathroom drawers and damage to some of the closet doors, dressers, and beds. When notified, the management team offered to come repair items and clean up, but it wasn't worth interrupting our vacation. For the price, the location was wonderful. However, the unit needs some attention. Overall the space and location suited our family well and we had plenty of room and we had a great time.

Best Trip In The Books!!

This property was everything we wanted and more. The location and all of the little shops across the street were so convenient. Walking out on the balcony to see the crystal clear water was breathtaking. We have save this location to our favorites. the management company checked in with us before arrival and on arrival to make sure we had made it in. I’ve never stayed somewhere gated before but we loved the security. Being able to walk to the beach so quickly was nice. I can’t say enough about this property. The place was so beautiful.

BEST PLACE TO STAY!!!

We visit the Destin/30A area multiple times a year and have stayed in numerous condos. This is, by far, the best location and the best place we have ever visited. The description was spot on. The room was perfect. Location was the best and we enjoyed it in every way! My daughter forgot her Apple Watch in the room and it was found and shipped back to us quickly.
