Master bedroom with king mattress, 100% cotton sheets and master bath with jetted tub, large shower with two shower heads and double sinks.
Second bedroom with king size bed and shared bath (with third bedroom).
Third bedroom with king size bed and shared bath.
Fourth bedroom with TWO queen size beds and adjoining bathroom (also opens to the hall).
All of YFAB's guest bedrooms have 100% cotton sheets and high end comfortable mattresses.
Our three bathrooms offer 100% cotton towels - and plenty of them! We also provide hand soap, shower soap, hair dryers and starter supply of paper goods (two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom).
The large kitchen with granite counter tops has been equipped with pots, pans and dinnerware. The kitchen includes:

- Stand alone ice maker

As your Friend at the Beach, we want you to enjoy every moment of your stay in this elegant condo. We are here to check your condo after our housekeepers clean. We answer our phones promptly --- and work hard to be sure every appliance is in working well, every light bulb works and every remote control has batteries. We have Adagio A101 next door, so please bring friends to Your Friend at the Beach.
Adagio A102 is one of our twenty plus Adagio condos, so please bring friends with you! Adagio is in Blue Mountain Beach - 4.5 miles west of Seaside and 12.6 miles west of Rosemary Beach.
There are luggage carts in the underground parking garage.
Parking for two vehicles only - one underground marked space plus one of the outdoor parking spots.
RESTRICTIONS:
HOA rules limit condo guests to ten (10) guests per condo (two and under do not counts in the total). No trailers, boats, jet skis or RV's. propane tanks or cookers are not permitted, there are four gas grills provided at Adagio.
Tents are not allowed on the beach. We highly recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is limited.
No golf carts allowed on Adagio property. No smoking and no pets.
Please review charges before booking on line as fees charged by VRBO cannot be refunded by Your Friend at the Beach.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
