In the center of a Mediterranean village with its morning Provencal market, chic boutiques, fine restaurants and bars. 5 minutes by train from Nice and Monaco, 30 minutes by train to Italy. The beaches and walks around Cap-Ferrat are divine. The living room is equipped with a large sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a television. A French window opens onto the sea side terrace with garden furniture. it is extended by the dining area and the open-plan kitchen opening onto the mountain-side terrace. The apartment is surrounded by a huge terrace of 50 m2 which goes around on three sides, facing East, South and West. The terrace is decorated with plants and shaded by blinds.

This is a great property with some amazing views. You are effectively invited into the owners home from home.
Relax, unwind & soak in Beaulieu-sur-Mer.
Overall great property. A few kinks on arrival which were taken care of. View is amazing every day. Everything you need is provided for your stay. Negatives: Train horn & traffic noise is extremely loud while trying to relax at night. A few more towels & bed linens are necessary.

The apartment in the city center is an advantage, the train station is 5 minutes walk and Nice 10 minutes. The windows are double glazed.Beaulieu is a small quiet town.
There are three sets of sheets and towels and a washing machine. There is a laundry option and change of towels every week on request
The unit is very nice and well appointed. Great views and a very secure door. While the location is very convenient to the Super U grocery store, train and bus, there is extreme noise from the elementary school across the street and the vehicles on the street. I left a day early due to noise. It was difficult to sit on the terraces due to noise.
Also at check-in one needs to sign a booklet of many pages with photos of every item in the unit. I was not about to go counting all the silverware, dishes, etc. I have never seen this in other VRBOs.

Bonjour Marie, je suis désolée que le bruit des enfants de l'école vous ait dérangée. C'est la fin de l'année scolaire et ils préparent la fête de la fin de l'année. Ce n'est pas toujours comme cela !!! Je n'avais jamais reçu de plainte des autres locataires.
Pour le livret fourni par l'agence, je trouve aussi que c'est un peu trop détaillé. Je vais en parler à Laurence pour avoir un format allégé !
J'espère que vous avez malgré tout profité de votre séjour à Beaulieu.

Check the condition of property
Several things in needs to know.
1. Car garage is 130 metres so unloading and loading can be a awkward and tiring
2. Bathroom basin has come away from wall and only one device is holding it on. This happened several weeks ago and was not fixed. If by tou slipped in bathroom and held onto sink, you would come crashing down with severe consequences as the whole thing is made of glass.. .They should have notified tenants of this situation. We were not pleased.
3 the views are great and apart from this bathroom sink and unloading,the flat was good. The air conditioning really helps ....but they should repair this sink before further letting

Je suis désolée que le lavabo soit descellé du mur. Il sera changé à notre prochain séjour à Beaulieu.
La distance de 130 mètres de l'appartement au garage est largement compensée par l'avantage d'avoir un parking fermé en plein centre ville, ce qui est extrêmement rare à beaulieu.
J'espère que malgré ces problèmes vous avez passé un bon séjour .
This apartment is the came-true dream of the owner couple, you can see it in every detail. It's not big, it could sleep 3, but they prefer 2 guests and in fact it works best with two. The interior is extremely tasteful, with very interesting paintings/prints at the walls, real art, and 100% matching play of all colors. We felt at home from the very first second on.
The open kitchen may seem small but is well + fully equipped. What we missed was an espresso maker. So we bought one in the local store (and took it back home with us, sorry).
The loosened bathroom sink was not really a problem for us. The agency informed us, and we took care. They told us it will be fixed this fall. On the other hand you have a multi-million-dollar-view on the mountain-villas during showering. Very Cool.
The views from the 270 degree terrace (east-south-west) are absolutely breathtaking!!! We could not stop looking over the village, the mountains, the villas, the sea, the harbour, the coastal line till Monaco, Cap Ferrat, and all the incredible big yachts anchoring in the bay. A late breakfast on the spacious western terrace, still shady but warm, watching the mountains? Check! A late sundowner on the south-eastern terrace, watching the bay, the yachts and occasionally celebrated fireworks? Check!
Living here is not very quiet during daytime, this is true, but Beaulieu is a small but pulsating little town, full of life, including an elementary school on the other side of the street - we enjoyed everything. Walking distance to the market place is only 2 mins.
Tenant Quinto R. did not love the private garage, "130m too far away"... well... next time he could buy a parking ticket for one week, it costs less than 20€ (you can use every parking lot in Beaulieu with it. If you find one. And if you never complain about scratches or broken-off mirrors - streets are very narrow). Logically we loved the garage in the gated backyard round the corner, pure luxury in Beaulieu!! And spacious enough for a 5m-sedan and two bikes.
We have been to Beaulieu and Saint-Jean since 30 years, stayed in several hotels, lived in rented villas or apartments, and we were first-timers here. This apartment was our highlight, one of the best places to be in Beaulieu (as a couple), and worth the money. We'll be back, for sure!!

We had a lovely break in what is clearly a regularly used holiday home in an apartment block in the centre of BSM.
Close to the station and all amenities a car is not required.
