Only 7 houses to the beach! Ocean Block home with 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom on the first floor with a big screen TV. Big dining table. Great for a big family! Grill out on the Weber Grill or walk to the restaurants and mini golf of Surf City. Walking distance to pizza, seafood market, grocery store, and the bay. Comes with 4 beach badges and a lots of beach chairs. Off street parking for as many as two cars. You bring the sunblock and readiness to have a relaxing time!
